He resolved our recurring problem with racoons in the attic with no re-infestation (after 6 months). Additionally, he was able to identify and plug the entry point of bats accessing the attic via a small gap in the vinyl siding (it was poorly installed). Prior to purchasing a house we noticed some ants inside the house, but assumed they were just outside ants that made their way in. However, after closing, we found some ant bait traps throughout the house and later discovered carpenter ants infestation. We used home defense spray in the living room space where we noticed the majority of ants, which worked extremely well in eradicating the issue. With that being said, it leads us to believe that All Metro Pest either performed a superficial inspection, or don't have an efficient treatment for carpenter ants. I've had to call them back 5 different times, and every time, they claim it's finally fixed. It isn't. Now, they are tired of trying to actually resolve my issue, so they are claiming it's a new issue they've never reported. Customer service is terrible. You have to repeatedly call them to see what's going on rather than them communicating. Overall, terrible experience and they never resolved my issue.
