I had Fox come out and pump my septic tank last month. And they did a good job, were prompt, and professional. This was due to a pump failure and they even tried to get a new pump at a discount sadly it did not have a plug. While the staff were on site they gave me some free recommendations on what my next step should be and I idea of the cost of a new system if I go that way. The cost of the service is on par with some other local companies and better that some but the staff are a step above. read more

They put a new septic system in my yard in 2020 . While digging busted water lines in yard that i used for my water hoses . Did not fix just left them broken . We have had nothing but trouble since this system they installed has been put in . We had to call Seal out of Florence , Ms to help correct issues since Fox just wanted to replace heads and pump instead of cleaning heads out . We ended up saving thousands using Seal instead of letting Fox charge us for replacing what he initially installed. If you want the job done correctly use Seal . Our heads were not even installed leveled on the yard . It's been a mess and a small fortune using Fox , beware . Find a reputable business that's been doing this type of work for years ! read more
