I had Fox come out and pump my septic tank last month. And they did a good job, were prompt, and professional. This was due to a pump failure and they even tried to get a new pump at a discount sadly it did not have a plug. While the staff were on site they gave me some free recommendations on what my next step should be and I idea of the cost of a new system if I go that way. The cost of the service is on par with some other local companies and better that some but the staff are a step above. read more

So far I have never had any problems with this company. Their guys came to pump tank yesterday, both were really nice young men. They taught me a little more about my tank and explained everything great! Highly recommend them!! read more

They put a new septic system in my yard in 2020 . While digging busted water lines in yard that i used for my water hoses . Did not fix just left them broken . We have had nothing but trouble since this system they installed has been put in . We had to call Seal out of Florence , Ms to help correct issues since Fox just wanted to replace heads and pump instead of cleaning heads out . We ended up saving thousands using Seal instead of letting Fox charge us for replacing what he initially installed. If you want the job done correctly use Seal . Our heads were not even installed leveled on the yard . It's been a mess and a small fortune using Fox , beware . Find a reputable business that's been doing this type of work for years ! read more

Fox Septic Service started out small in 2015. We knew there was a need for another septic provider in the area. We have been pleasantly surprised with the demand and have grown exponentially to maintain the service levels customers expect from Fox Septic Service. In 2018 we added portable toilet rental service to our line up.

I've had Fox Sepitc come out twice and have been extremely pleased with them both times. They are knowledgable and always educated me on my systems and have given suggestions on how I can maintenance them myself to save money. That is something I haven't had from previous septic companies, and I really appreciate it. They were very quick to come out, friendly, and fixed both of my issues on the first try. This company bought out the former Fox Septic and are ten times better. First class office staff, technicians and service that is fast, prompt and efficient. came out as soon as I called, fixed the problems while there and issues needed to pass health department inspection. highly recommend!! read more
