They recommended a double clean out so that clogs could be taken care of easily in both directions - to house and to street. They even came back out when there was a concern about the height of the top of the clean out and redid it as we had originally requested. I appreciate it when a company owns up to something not done to the standard of the homeowner and makes it right. This is so so rare. Everyone was very polite at office and on job site. Do NOT waste your time. I called for a quote for a whole home water system, and made an…read moreappointment for the following week. The appointment time came Mr Rodgers was a no-show, no- call. I called the office, and they apoligized, making an appointment for a couple of days later. This time Mr Rodgers showed up 2 hours late ( no call to let us know) and mumbled something about an unexpected meeting. Once he arrived, he was very professional, and seemed to have some great solutions. I agreed to move forward, and Mr Rodgers promised to send over a quote that evening. 2 days later I called the office, asking if the quote might have been sent to the wrong email. She apologized, and promised to have the quote sent that afternoon. The following week, I called again, looking for the quote. Again, I was promised to have the quote that afternoon. I spent several weeks with their promises to do it 'today'... It's been a month now, and we still never received the quote. I am very happy that our MS economy is great, and Mr Rodgers does not need my business. I am not so happy that he was so rude and disrespectful of my time and effort. I would NOT recommend calling this company, unless you really don't want the work done in this lifetime.

That's right I said it Tweeker hours you know the people you see in the middle of the night walking real fast but going nowhere with they're eyes as big as Jelly Jars? Well I said all that to say when it is 3am or 4am and your water main breaks and depending on where the break is threatening to flood your whole house. You wouldn't give a damn if a fireman, a Tweeker, a Policeman, and a Crackhead came to fix that break and save your home. Thank your lucky stars you don't have to rely on them because Jackson Plumbing is up and ready to go with Journeymen plumbers ready to go and repipe your whole house if that's what it takes. They are Fast, Reliable , Dependable, Knowledgeable, and very curtious.One of the few companies that believe the customer is always right and all that during Tweeker hours. I say Thank You Jesus for Jackson Plumbing, now you can call Roto Rooter during bankers hours but during Tweeker Hours all your going to get is a voicemail.
