Our kitchen drain had always been relatively slow, but it was getting really, really slow. Weiland's plumbers were very responsive. First visit looked like it was fixed, but after they left it began to slow a bit. We called and they sent Gideon. He checked all the pipes and found a blockage in the trap and found that some of the original pipes hadn't been glued properly and, in one case, a pipe joining a Y fitting was cut too long, which partially obscured the drain, causing our long-standing slow drain. Needless to say, now it drains unrestricted.
Can't say enough about how professional Gideon is. Very thorough and competent. Carefully unloaded the stuff under the sink and carefully replaced it. Cleaned up any water drops with a paper towel. Treated our sink just like it was at his house. Simply the best. read more
