They recommended a double clean out so that clogs could be taken care of easily in both directions - to house and to street. They even came back out when there was a concern about the height of the top of the clean out and redid it as we had originally requested. I appreciate it when a company owns up to something not done to the standard of the homeowner and makes it right. This is so so rare. Everyone was very polite at office and on job site. SCAM ALERT !!! WOW $1300 to install a DROP in kitchen…read moresink??? I was quoted $180 per hour to install a new sink and faucet. I asked LORI approximately how many hours to install she said 3-4 hours. I guess they saw my house and ran with it. The workers came the first time and stayed EXACTLY 1 hour and 7 minutes. The sink was bent and a new one was ordered. The second visit I was there with the two guys for 1 hour and 16 minutes and the sink was in and they began connecting all the plumbing. I had to leave and go to work. Not quite sure how long that took but I was charged for 6 hours, that never happened ! MR. BRAD RODGERS if you needed money to charge me DOUBLE, keep the money! I sleep great every night knowing I did the right thing. I will say the install was beautiful but considering the sink and faucet was only $434 and install was $1300 , that just doesn't make sense.
