Based on the reviews here on Yelp, I decided to give John's Electric a call. My initial need was…read morebasic repair/maintenance, but I also have several larger future projects in mind that will require a quality electric company. All my interaction with the company was very positive and the work was done in a very professional and exacting manner. Great communication and patience through my many questions prior to actually starting the work. Fair pricing and willingness to explore options, to solve problems in multiple ways in order to maximize value for the customer. Once we nailed down the best plan to proceed, the team got right to work, and the work was performed quickly and very satisfactorily. Again, this initial project was not complicated, but our discussions helped me confirm that my best approach is to phase my projects, and based on this first experience, I'm planning to have John's Electric, Inc., back ASAP for a bigger project. Clearly a family business that is serious about customer experience and satisfaction, providing its services in a very intelligent and professional way.

After getting all work REDONE by a reputable company, I wanted to take the time to review. Extra…read morecare is pure garbage. The owner Andre is about as slow and mentally retarded just like his workmanship. The term sub par is actually a compliment in this case. He claims his experience and expertise is just cause for his actions yet the customer had to assist him in finding the leak! GREAT JOB doofus. 2nd, he took one hour and a half to find "Pepe and the gang" to help him install the water heater. But wait, i thought he was the expert, so why did it take so long to get you a "Pepe", huh??The installation took well over ,7hrs. On top of that, he was not thorough in his work and he charged me extra for a part that should have come with the initial installation. That night, I noticed the tub was still leaking and other complications aroused from the water heater installation. He returned the following day, installed another part, and he claimed the tub was fixed. FALSE...It was still leaking!! Gah damn sorry a**m***....I called another company, enough is enough. They came out, the installation was done improperly ,and it was not up to code. They fixed that as well as the leak from the tub.
