However, a gentleman called that night (Thanksgiving) and set up a time to service our septic system the next day! They were prompt, friendly and did an excellent job. Later in the afternoon they replaced the pump and even fixed the mulch and landscaping stones back to where they were - it barely looks like they were even here! We are in the process of selling our house and needed this done ASAP and they certainly came through for us. We thought the pricing was fair and a good value.
