He claims his experience and expertise is just cause for his actions yet the customer had to assist him in finding the leak! But wait, i thought he was the expert, so why did it take so long to get you a "Pepe", huh??The installation took well over ,7hrs. On top of that, he was not thorough in his work and he charged me extra for a part that should have come with the initial installation. That night, I noticed the tub was still leaking and other complications aroused from the water heater installation. He returned the following day, installed another part, and he claimed the tub was fixed. FALSE...It was still leaking!! Gah damn sorry a**m***....I called another company, enough is enough. Our family plumber could not fix it because it needed a Turbo Jet to blow out a massive clog in the pipes under the concrete. We had Stephens Plumbing do this action and they got the clog out which was slug. A Few days later, it was clogged again and we had another flood. The Manager of Stephens came back, discussed our options and was both ultra professional and fair. This morning, they came back, blow out the clog again and scoped it with a video camara to make sure the clog was out. The made adjustments in the pipe with a value and cleaned up after themselves. A job extremely well done. This type of clog needs a very special piece of equipment that is very expensive. When you pay that kind of money, you expect the issue to be resolved.
