I needed a water filter installed, a faucet replaced and a draining of the water heater. Within 24 hours I got my quote electronically and I signed it electronically. The next week I was scheduled to get the job done on Friday. Gabe and Alan came and got the job done in a few hours and did a great job. They were professional , they cleaned up the area and they even put bypass valves on my water filtration/softener system so in case my water filter failed, I wouldn't have a leak problem. Anyway, I have had experience with this company to say the least. A year ago, for the same drain problem I had today. In between, they fixed a pipe in the front yard that the gas company obliterated when it drilled through my sewer pipe. I also had them replace a water heater. One thing I really like about this company is that they come out very quickly. The same day or next depending on when I call them. So, they are dependable. In this town, I find it hard to get people to come and work on things. I do know that the water heater was half the price of the first company I called. So, I think the prices are fair. Maybe not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. The plumbers are respectful and nice as well. They also had empathy for what I was going through.
