This business is INCOMPETENT. I call every week to ask why I haven't received my order since March…read more2022. It is June 2022. Every person says the same thing. They will forward my message to someone above somebody and NO ONE CARES ENOUGH TO CALL BACK. They know they are the only distributor in the area. So they do not care. It really bouked my blood when the person said "yes they do." So she didn't listen to how many times I have called and no one responded. To busy responding and not listening. You don't care if you never call your customer back. You don't care they haven't received an order in 3 months? Looks to me I need to open up a competition because it would be too easy to get business from a company that always use to have an excuse to they just don't bother to call you back any longer. The reps come and stands in front of our cooler every time and he doesn't even know we didn't get our order. Why? Because I was told it is another company that delivers? So that is a lack of customer service. They should request a spreadsheet of who got orders so the rep would know. But here is a thought. The rep COULD ASK THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE??? What a CONCEPT. My mom and I went to this location yesterday. It was an all around great experience. My mom spent…read morean hour trying to get a new set of luggage (duffle bags) together and they didn't complain or get angry when we were moving their stuff around to see if things matched. We were there for awhile and my mom even decided to buy one more thing after paying (they were patient with this, as well). When I got home, I realized I had picked up the wrong duffle, but because it was so darn cute and a wonderful price, I decided to keep it and gift it later. Went online, bought another bag and it arrived the next morning (WOW-quick service). I may have messed up my order because I received the same bag, so having to deal with their customer service now and will update to how that experience is. If it's as wonderful as the experience thus far, I would highly recommend buying from them (SO much cheaper than Vera Bradley and still good quality).
