They haphazardly packaged our belongings into our storage units. Two boxes of candles that were wrapped in paper - broken. Probably $200 in candles destroyed. They also stuffed our $500 Yeti cooler with candles after the dropped a box of candles. Thanks for that. An antique mahogany vanity - destroyed. A box of antique depression glass champagne coupes - shattered. I am afraid to go through my antique China collection. I have no doubt at least half is broken which is a huge blow to my business. I continue to find items broken that were properly packed. You would think Ace Venture worked for this joke of a moving company. And they charged us $2000 to move our two bedroom apartment into storage. Only to break so many things. I strongly do not recommend.

Outstanding service…read more My mom need help moving from Dunwoody to Buckhead so being the awesome daughter I am I hired someone else to do it for me! The day of the move Jim gave me a call about 8:45am the morning of the move to let me know the crew were on the way. They arrived promptly at 8:58am, and after a quick walkthrough, were able to start moving things by 9:05am. the guys were both extremely friendly, and got all of my moms stuff out of her apt., down a flight of stairs, and loaded into the truck in under an hour. Once we got to her new place, they found a spot to park the truck, which was unfortunately across the street, and up one building. They devised a quick plan, and we were able to start taking stuff inside almost immediately. In about an hour, the guys had all of my moms stuff into her new place. They asked where I would like things, and then put them in the proper rooms accordingly. All of my belongings were well cared for the entire time, and after a few minutes of watching them work, wasn't worried about the potential of damages at all. All in all, the experience was a great one, and I would go back to them if I decide to move. I hope I never have to move!

I am told movers did not show up on time, yet we paid for a certain amount of movers to be present for the full move. I came home to guys sleeping in the truck outside my house. My Sleep Number bed destroyed, bed frame damaged, dirt on my suede bed, ceramic bowls broken, dressers scratched, not to mention my entire second level smelled like these men were working for 10 days straight without a shower. It seemed as if they ran out of plastic wrap or cloth covers for our furniture. They placed boxes wherever they wanted in the house instead of the rooms they were labeled for. In addition, one of the movers was loud and complained multiple times about needing to go home to see his kids. I'm not sure how or why he felt that was appropriate to continuously discuss, loudly, while he was at work...or whatever they called themselves doing. Another mover, maybe the same one, not sure, was loud and frustrated that he broke the bed and kept stating he needed "Brian" here to fix it. Annoyed is an understatement. I will NEVER work with this company again. I suggest looking for a different moving company if you are moving any time soon.

Day one of the move. We got started right on time at 9 AM…read more The communication has been excellent. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Our goods were shipped in a container (!!) via rail (!!). This is a very rough way of shipping anything. Also, since it wasn't on a truck, they couldn't even estimate when it would arrive! Also, we eventually realized several possessions vanished during shipping. We would never use them again or recommend them to anyone, other than an enemy.
