They were responsive to my request, provided a quote, and came out the next morning to complete the work. Tommy was prompt to arrive, assessed and confirmed the situation, and explained to me what was happening each step of the way. He's a man that is proud of his craft and trade, and does things right. Even though it wasn't included in the quote, he helped me paint the replacement vent covers. He called out some other things I would have never noticed, and helped me clean out my dryer duct, which was clogged with a birds nest and about a pound of lint! This is a very important thing to check, as a clogged dryer vent is a common cause of house fires! Hiring contractors will always cost money, and often times, people get consumed by cost. Well, people's time and their service cost money. Maybe you could save a few bucks here or there, but will the work be done right? Is the contractor rushing through your job to get to the next? Value isn't just a dollar figure; it's a function of a cocktail of things important to you. For me, that would be saving time, getting things done right, and relieving me of potential life threatening injuries. I can tell you that Tommy and Alpha Precision will take the time to do things right, so that you won't need to pay again later. They also come when they say they will, and climb the ladder to do the work (that saved me a trip to the emergency room). Alpha Precision's availability, reliability, and quality service add up to incredible value. They earn and deserve every cent they charge, and are worth every single penny. Alpha Precision is the gold standard in my book. Thank you Tommy & Mrs Tommy!

DO NOT HIRE PRECISE HISE, LLC. We are sharing this…read moreexperience so other homeowners can protect themselves. Contracts mean nothing with Cory Hise and Lloyd King. I think people, even though done wrong, feel that at some point they should have done something differently to protect themselves, but they continued with them anyway in hopes of improvement. I have cried at my kitchen table with these men and deep down I knew I had not protected myself. Making it difficult to write this post. I think victims may feel like they are being "petty or negative" by posting, but I am doing it to warn others. It's been 3 years since contracting with Precise Hise and my family and I are still living in a construction zone while they continue in these misdealing's with people's lives. Had I read posts like mine and those on Yelp (1.0 rating), I would NOT have engaged with Precise Hise, not even to build a deck. We are now in debt and with an incomplete renovation that other contractors deem as major work left. We paid this company $234,825.50 for a major home renovation project that was left incomplete after the Precise Hise effectively abandoned the job once it became clear we would not provide additional money without proof of where our money had been spent and further notable progress. This experience has been financially and emotionally devastating for my husband and I. From early in the project, work was inconsistent, poorly managed, and frequently stalled. Later in the project afer many delays, the general contractor stopped showing up regularly, and we were forced to coordinate subcontractors ourselves -- completely unacceptable when you hire a general contractor. Despite repeated written and verbal requests, our home was left open and unprotected from weather, resulting in severe water damage after multiple days of rain. This damage could have been prevented with basic supervision and responsibility. Large portions of the contracted work were never started or left incomplete, including: * HVAC, electrical, and plumbing rerouting * Kitchen and primary suite remodel (left with wood studs) * No Flooring purchase/installation * No or improper Exterior work and drainage * Improper Structural and finishing work throughout the home We were repeatedly asked for additional payments without receipts, transparency, or progress that matched the funds already paid. After being given written assurances that the project would be completed with one final $20,000 draw, we paid it in good faith. Shortly afterward, we were told another $40,000 was suddenly required because major components like insulation, stucco, and drywall had never been included in the budget. We later discovered that stone purchased with our money (approximately $7,000) was taken and installed in another project under the contractor's account. When we refused to provide more money without accountability, the project stalled and was ultimately abandoned. What makes this situation even more troubling is that faith-based language and references to God were used to build trust throughout the process, but there was no accountability when problems arose. Only after the contractors abandoned the job did we learn that this company has been sued multiple times for similar issues -- something we wish we had known before signing a contract. We are now left with: * An incomplete renovation; Primary suite and addition left at the framing level without electricity, plumbing, insulation and all things to obtain an CO * Significant repair needs; project continued to leak hence damaging framing and floors * A financial loss of over $234,000 * The burden of hiring new professionals to fix and complete the work without allocated funds If my post did not deter you, may God keep you and bless you. Please do extensive research, demand documentation(receipts) for every draw, a draw timeline that is performance based, and proceed with extreme caution before hiring Precise Hise, LLC.

Our daughter was shot in an attempted murder/suicide in Aug 2023, unfortunately she was left as a paraplegic and is now wheelchair bound. It was important for us to get our house in some kinda order for her to be able to move around and assist in the daily care of her then NB son. Thanks to friends and family we had about 40k to make said renovations. We hit the year mark earlier this month from the time construction was completed and everything is literally falling apart. We have already had their crew back out here multiple times to fix things to no avail. It will appear ok and it'll break again within months. We are left with an uneven laundry room floor, the same floor is literally crumbling, our daughter cannot go in there because the floor pieces are raising and could very easily puncture her tire. Myself, my husband and our kids have cut out feet on the floor several times. What was supposed to be an ADA compliant bathroom we have already paid to have the sink cabinet changed out, the hand grab in the shower has detached from the wall. The ceiling is not seamless, the shower spiket is not level and on and on and on... I am angry and extremely sad as I feel we were taken advantage of. I once loved our home and I now hate it!! We are going to have to find a way to come up with the money to fix all the things that are messed up and get them done correctly. I just wish they had told us they were not the right people for the job and we would have searched for someone who could have done it right. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your needs. I am including some of the photos, there are far too many to include them all.

Because I feared getting paint on the carpet, I decided to do the tile first, followed by the painting, followed by the carpet. My concern was that the new carpet might end up with paint on it if we painted after the new carpet was installed. KDL Painting did a fantastic job and I now have no concerns that they would have messed up the carpet. In fact, they were the heroes of my renovation and still overcame the setbacks caused by the carpet installation crew. My wife attempted to get a quote from three different companies on Angie's List. One company that advertised no job was too small never even responded after the initial conversation despite two attempts of ours to follow-up. KDL Painting provided a quote, and so did a third company although it took the third company several days longer than they were supposed to. Despite the third company's quote being a little less than KDL Painting's quote, the third company's quote had very little detail. It didn't mention how many coats of paint they would do. It didn't mention if they would paint the trim. It didn't mention which of us provided any materials. I didn't feel confident that they and I were on the same page because there were so many unresolved questions in my mind. Couple that with how long it took to even get that quote combined with KDL Painting's quote that answered nearly all my questions and made me confident that we were on the same page, and the decision to go with KDL Painting was easy. Ask any painter and they all tell you the same thing; the preparation is the key. They all claim to do good prep. But they just don't. Kevin at KDL Painting told me they would sand the walls? Never heard of a painter doing that. Of course they would caulk everything. Sure they would! I knew this was going to go well though within about the first ten minutes when I spotted Kevin removing a light switch wallplate I had forgotten to remove in a closet. He had no idea I was watching but proceeded to prepare the way I would want my house to be prepared. After he removed the wallplate, he did something astonishing. He used a tool to scrape off that little ridge of paint around the edge of where the wallplate had been. You know, that ridge of paint left by the previous painter that was too lazy to remove the wallplate. Imagine my surprise when I checked in later to discover them actually sanding the walls. No kidding! They even have a tool for it. The previous paint job was sloppy making their job even more difficult due to the change in paint color. But they found a way to make the walls look great despite having to cover a completely contrasting paint that sometimes lived in places they weren't even supposed to paint. They caulked, they sanded, they painted. And when they were done, that part of my house looked like a new house! They made it look easy, but I know better. Our master bedroom has a speaker mounted in the wall that had yellowed over time. The rest of the room looked so good, I hated to leave it that way. Kevin was more than happy to paint it for me. To prevent brush marks on the plastic speaker bezel, Kevin was going to spray paint it. While we discussed my concern over spray paint landing on the speaker cone, one of his crew took the speaker and removed the plastic bezel from the physical speaker to prevent any concern I had, and then took the bezel outside to paint. This is fantastic because it shows that not only does Kevin have high standards and a desire to please his customer, so does his crew. KDL Painting saved the day in two other ways as well. First, the tile job installers wouldn't paint the new quarter round they installed and they didn't bother to let me know that in advance. Fortunately, KDL took care of that for me. And the carpet installation crew? Even after pointing out multiple times that the walls had just been painted and to please be careful, they managed to scuff paint off multiple places and chip some moulding. Contractors hate having to come back to the job site after they feel like they have finished. KDL Painting was extremely accommodating about that when they came back for a couple things I wanted and took care of the carpet installation damages for me too! In just a couple weeks, KDL Painting proved to me that I can trust them. They completed the job within the timeframe they said they would. That's something that neither the tile or carpet crew managed to do. They didn't damage any of the tile or carpet work. I can't tell you how good it feels to find a contractor you know you can trust. KDL Painting was a real asset during our renovation and really felt like more of a partner than a contractor. This all brings me to the most important question, would I hire them again? You can count on it.

Arodi was very professional and made the whole roofing and insurance process STRESS FREE! This is a local, family owned business! He gave me an honest and fair quote. He never tried to change the quote or increase it after my insurance company sent over their approval and numbers! He stuck to his original quote! This is how great this company is, they (Arodi) bought black spray paint and he painted my chimmy cap with a second coat so it looks as nice as the roof and gutters and leaf guards! He also asked the roofing team to paint the pipes and chimney cap on roof, which they did, but they ran out of paint and Arodi said the chimney cap needs a second quote! Amazing customer service! The install team was right on time and did an amazing job. I really luv that they had women on the install team! They used a drone throughout the install process and I could checkout the link to see the whole process and to give me peace of mind that NO shortcuts were taken! Their work was efficient and they met all required compliance upgrades as requested by my insurance company! Clean up was phenomenal as I only found 5 nails around my yard in past two months! They used tarps and a long metal magnetic nail finder! The crew picked up all their trash and they were just very pleasant and kind individuals that take pride in their work! My experience with their gutter and leaf guard install team was just as exceptional! They were on time, efficient and very professional! They also sent me several drone pictures! Amazing job and I couldn't be happier! After months of research, I decided on the CertainTeed shingles in Moir Black due to the thickness, the warranties and outstanding reviews! I then added the black gutters and black leaf guards!!! My house is the best on the block thanks to StessFree Roofing. lol. (Will add some pics)
