They are not as experienced as they try and portray themselves to be. They offered to fix the flooring but wouldn't give us our money back to fix all of their MANY mistakes and to complete the bathroom remodel ourselves. All trust was broken to the point that I wouldn't even trust them to give me the heimlich maneuver if I was choking. I would be better off dislodging the object myself!

They were responsive to my request, provided a quote, and came out the next morning to complete the work. Even though it wasn't included in the quote, he helped me paint the replacement vent covers. He called out some other things I would have never noticed, and helped me clean out my dryer duct, which was clogged with a birds nest and about a pound of lint! This is a very important thing to check, as a clogged dryer vent is a common cause of house fires! Hiring contractors will always cost money, and often times, people get consumed by cost. I'm so glad it didn't go with them because the company I did choose charged me $185 AND it would up being a little cheaper because the issue with my garage door wasn't even extensive. I'm glad I shopped around before accepting this price. Y'all need to provide FREE estimates AND have a technician explain what the actual issue is BEFORE charging someone.
