B E W A R E! After many red flags during my chimney liner install , (including the rudest…read moresupervisor I have ever come in contact with) I decided to hire a third-party just to make sure it was installed correctly and it was safe for use. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home. If you have used them I would urge you to have your own inspection done before continuing to use your fireplace.

Consequently, I have copied it to several popular review sites. I hope you will consider him when your roof is in need of replacement or repair. I was so impressed that I took several of his business cards, which I have begun sharing with my neighbors. On Monday, February 9, 2026, I called Mr. Derrick Mosley about fixing a leak in the ceiling of my primary bathroom. He answered the phone himself and was very friendly. I told him my problem and he agreed to come out the next day. He arrived on time and was very personable. While standing in my backyard, I pointed out the problem area to him. Then he proceeded to do something none of the other roofing contractors had done, he took out his ladder and actually went up on the roof to inspect it. To my surprise, he couldn't find the problem, he said that the roof appeared to be in good shape and that the boot was not dry rotted, contrary to what I had been previously told. Something else that I appreciated was that he took the time to inspect the other boot, which was also in good shape. He surveilled the whole roof and said that it would be good for probably another 5 years or so, but wouldn't survive a hail storm. When I asked him the cost of fixing it if it had actually needed the boot and valley shingles replaced, his quote was 25% of the cost of the highest estimate. During the visit, I asked him to look at my gutters on one end of the house that were too high for us to inspect or clean ourselves. When he said that they needed cleaning, I commented that I would have to pay someone to do the job and he offered to do it himself on the spot. He actually took a few minutes to clean them out with his bare hands for a prospective customer who turned out not to need his services!! I'm so grateful to him for that kindness. You can be sure that when my roof finally does need to be replaced, I will be calling him to take care of it!

I had Bill enter my nice home wth his sneakers on and enter my bathrooms with no shoe protectors. He walked all over my pretty and thick bath mats outside my shower doors that I first stepped on after showering. You would think that somebody who has done this for several years would have common to move them out of the way!! But NO SUCH THING! He walked all over my special, pretty bath mats that I use with his filthy bacteria ridden shoes!!!! When I asked him about that, he had all the excuses in the world except ma'am I'm sorry I should've moved them or I should've taken my shoes off or I should've gotten some booties. NOTHING! Be a problem solver.... don't make problems for your potential clients! Now I have to hand wash them ALL. So I called the office and spoke to a very combative woman named Kelly, who was defending her measuring guy. She told me that I should've asked him to take his shoes off and I was like....WHAT? First of all I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SUPPOSEDLY pride themselves on like the voice recorder states about the company when on hold!! She told me that I should have told him to take off his shoes..... Not I'm sorry to hear that.....Thank you so much for bringing that to our attention........Oh no!! I just got an attitude from her like it was my fault I said if I have to tell a man to do that, who's been doing this for over 20 years then I'm not doing business with you! What am I someone else's mother...instead of a potential client? Needless to say she was rude and so unprofessional that hung up on her! Never did I receive a call back. I hope you all have a better experience than I did. If I could give a zero on this scale, I would.
