I went over all 4 scopes of work and walked the roof with Jose and his scope of work was identical to the $43K roofers. His gutter bid was also the lowest. I typically don't go with the lowest bid, but dealing directly with the owner vs. high pressure salespeople, was a deciding factor. Jose and his workers showed up on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job. The roof and gutter installation was perfect. I spoke with the owner, Bobby Nevett and he requested for me to send him an email with photos. I emailed him the photos and never heard anything back. I called him a week later to follow up and inquire about him repairing the pipe booting as his warranty states and he hung up the phone.
