Took time to explain the issue and what was needed to be done for the issue I had and didn't try to upsell me on anything. The quote was reasonable with option to do preventative maintenance on the other pipes. The additional work to replace all the 18 year old boots made sense and the additional cost was also reasonable so I decided for the piece of mind to do it all. The day of the job communication was excellent before, during, and after the job. They took pictures before, during, and after the work was done which also gave me piece of mind. Tom guaranteed that if spot still leaked after the job was done that they would come out and fix for free. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely have them quote me on the new roof when it is time for a whole roof replacement.
