I was inadvertently locked out of my phone and had no way to arrange a ride home. The manager, Greg, went completely out of his way and, out of pure kindness, requested an Uber for me so I could get home safely. I honestly can't say enough about the kindness I experienced here. What a fantastic establishment, and Greg is an absolute gem of a human being. You can feel good about giving this place your patronage. They don't just care about providing great food and service--they genuinely care about the well-being of the people who walk through their doors. Absolutely exceptional! Customer for life right here!

My wife ordered a wine, which arrived with a floaty, I got severed a fork and knife with scum on it and every glass looked like it had never been properly sanitized. Our waitress, Grace, was amazing. Very friendly, kind, and ran around like crazy making sure the patrons were taken care of. The food was mediocre, reminded me of your average place that serves GFS or Sysco foods. Can't say I'd ever come back or try their new place Juan Blanco's, especially if it's anything like this. I would have rather gone to CK Diggs, which also has mediocre food, but at least it's clean.

There is a really pretty glass door to enter the dining area. Service was pretty good. The food, while pricey, was plentiful and very hardy. The biscuits and gravy were very good. I didn't care for how the coffee tasted. I asked the server what brand coffee they used and she gave me a look like, what a lame question. The young server never did let me know what kind of coffee they serve...i.e., Cadillac, Farmers, Folgers, whatever it was it wasn't too tasty. Whatever. We really enjoyed our breakfast and look forward to returning to try their luncheon and/or dinner fare.

Maybe it was the weather, maybe it was something else. I told the server that I needed a few minutes looking over the menu as it was my first time there. She quickly brought out beverages. My mom and I both decided to get the soup and half sandwich combo. It was not clear that the sandwiches were not those listed on the menu - and the server was not rude in explaining it but she was not very clear or friendly in explaining it either. My mom and I both got lemon rice soup - which was incredible! If I came here again, I would get the soup again. I ordered the turkey sandwich - and was asked if I wanted it with or without cheese. I asked for it without. The sandwich had a ton of turkey, more turkey than I would use to make a whole sandwich, let alone a half sandwich. I was surprised that there was no lettuce or mustard or mayo on it - no even was I asked if I wanted any...I was only asked about cheese. I did ask for some mustard though. My mom's half sandwich was tuna. It was equally big so she decided to just eat the tuna and forgo the bread. She made a face and said the tuna tasted strange. I took a bite and promptly spit it out - it was definitely spoiled. That was a huge disappointment and put a damper on my lunch with my mom. Serving spoiled tuna is the basis for my score for this review.

The reuben was on rye with sauerkraut and 1000 island and it was a fantastic sandwich. If it sat any longer in the to go container, it would've been a soggy mess but I got to it in time and I would highly recommend it. The cheese sticks were not my cup of tea as the breading was very flavorless and the cheese had no stretch to it. But the lady who was greeting/accepting payment was so sweet and kind that I feel like the 4 stars is appropriate. Friendly faces and kindness go a long way and she had both. I will be back!

We always enjoy sitting at the bar, as we tend to have better service in restaurants that way. This was not the case here. I asked for a red eye. It is a shot of espresso in a cup of coffee. I ordered a redeye and quickly followed up with what it was. The bartender did not know what it was and seemed irritated with me. The food presentation is pretty, but lacks taste and flavor. I ordered the little Betty omelette. It is large in size. I asked for my toast option to be biscuits. They offer biscuits and gravy on the menu. The bartender looked at her handheld computer and said they don't do that. My boyfriend was tempted to order the biscuits and gravy and ask them to hold the gravy. I felt like it was more of an issue that she did not know how to request this on her handheld computer as opposed to this being unavailable to the customer. Either way, she did not seek it out further and told me no. I settled for the English muffin. My boyfriend ordered the classic eggs Benedict. MEH. The hollandaise sauce tasted a lot like mayonnaise that was yellow. He ordered a Diet Coke and it was flat. He was never offered a refill. I requested a refill of coffee, twice, from two different waitstaff. Neither followed through. My English muffin was served dry and I was never offered any butter or jelly. We left disappointed. I can't say that we would come back. There is a lot of competition in the area for breakfast and brunch places. They've clearly dropped a lot of money into the decor, but I don't see this Restaurant lasting for very long.

The natural casing hot dog was tasty and cooked perfectly. Some coney places don't usually get the hamburger correctly IMO but I have to say they got it right here. I met with Laurie H. for breakfast at 9am to this new business to enjoy based on other reviews from friends. Yes it is a large restaurant with a variety of coffee flavors, creative entrees and large portions too. Food entrees are made from scratch with unique finishing touches. I wish the entree I chose included a side of meat choice but that was extra $$. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted a table and chair or booth so we agreed on the comfy leather booth that is bright yellow. The overall atmosphere was bright and wide open with variety of areas to sit for breakfast, brunch and lunch only. I didn't like the open steel metal ceiling therefore it was noisy. Yep their Hours are 7 days a week from 8 AM - 3 PM. Phone: 586 488-1890 to Call for carry out orders or check if busy for dining since No Reservations! Have You Heard ? I wished to try some bacon or pork sausage but not. I ordered a Hot Caramel Latte and that taste perfectly for $5.00. Iced Water was complimentary upon request so we ordered tall glasses. NO advance Reservations so if you have a large party or wish to enjoy Brunch here with family, better check ahead of time, since they will be busy on the weekend so I heard. I noticed on my receipt that they offer a loyalty program to earn points on your dining experience unfortunately the waitress did not mention it when we were ready to pay our bill. I'll have to think about if I return again for another breakfast or lunch visit. Again the atmosphere is bright and music was pleasant that we could still chat and catch up on our lives. :-) Countertop bar area and dining too with Mimosas or alcohol drinks with breakfast, brunch or lunch. Photos attached of the Bar Countertopm Service was efficient and table setting wonderful with fresh flowers, assorted creams and sugars plus clean silverware and napkins plenty. Demi the waitress checked on us a couple times before bringing our bills to check out. Ouch on My breakfast total which was $23.00 before tip. Food Portion was plentiful yet a bit high price especially without a side. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options with Fresh Fruit available as a side. I would still like to come back for a Lunch hour and enjoy a wrap and sit near the front area that opens up for a breeze at a high top. I'll have to view their Lunch Menu and estimate the prices and definitely sip on a Smoothie or Flavored Drink Cocktail for Happy Hour. Sincerely, SpecialK Karen N.

Pretty decent place here…read more Came today for Mother's Day brunch and was expecting to wait a long time for seating. However, since it was just me and my son, we were able to get seated right away. They had a Mother's Day brunch menu so I didn't get to try other main things for their menu. However, I do think they pulled selected items from their main menu for today. The food was really good. I did enjoy it and I think that they had a nice portion size. I don't think they were too pricey pretty standard for breakfast today. Everything $17 and under is it seems. I did really like the Redskin potatoes and I am shocked because I'm usually not a fan of those as breakfast potatoes. Some places taste very bland, however the way they did theirs were very delicious. I felt that it was a ham that came off of the bone, which is a plus! The portion was very small because it wasn't a thick piece of ham. I think if they gave two slices, I would have give 5 stars.. The eggs were really good. I did enjoy the quality of egg that they use. The entire staff seemed very nice. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. They also came and cleaned the tables very often which I enjoy. It's nice to be able to enjoy your food and get unnecessary plates and garbage out of the way. Overall, I would definitely come back and enjoy this place. I will come again to see the regular menu as it seems. They have lots of different foods that I would love to try.
