BSC Builders is excellent. I can't recommend them enough! I got quotes from multiple contractors,…read moremany of which operate as design and build firms. The prices were very very inflated, almost unreasonable. I got referred to BSC Builders by a neighbor and I'm glad I picked them. Our scope of work was huge: remodel the entire 2,400 square foot house with structural and foundational work to have an open concept; remodel 3 existing bathrooms; add a new bathroom; remodel entire kitchen and change layout; redo the deck, railing etc. Considering the scope of work, they were very reasonably priced and worked quick. Anuard and his team were very honest. We did have multiple change orders because of unforeseen circumstances but they were transparent and justified well. Even with the change orders, the prices were reasonable. Their team is great, including their lead workers that helped come up with solutions to problems arising during work. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again for other work around the house. Definitely recommending to family, friends & neighbors! Thank you BSC Builders!

The designer worked diligently to create a kitchen that was functional and matched our vision. The turnaround time was better than expected. The completion date was met and final finishes were completed with minimal disruption. We did encounter some minor hiccups but Larry and his team addressed them promptly until we were satisfied with the outcome. We are happy the issue was resolved before the big holidays. What stood out the most was this company's professional and courteous approach. Larry and his team are trustworthy and really care about their clients. If you're looking for a contractor for a big or small project, who is professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with, this is a solid choice. He handled concerns with care and ensured quality results in our kitchen and living room walls remodel.

You learn the most about the quality of a firm's work and their character when something goes wrong and we had plenty of unexpected issues (none that were Larry's fault): parts that were supposed to arrive were missing, we asked for modification to the plan, it was raining, the work was more complicated than expected so the job took twice as long, etc. Larry and his team tackled issue after issue that came up with a smile on until we were perfectly satisfied. I'd highly recommend working with them on any project, large or small.

We went to numerous contractors and Oren was by far the best choice. He took his time to look over our house twice and gave us a number of options based on our expectations. In the end we re-stuccoed two sides of our home, did some small plumbing work, fixed drywall and repainted two rooms, and fixed a portion of the roof. As work commenced, Oren kept us updated and as work began, Oren realized that we would need additional repair to the wood beam structure of the house. He showed us the damage and again worked with us on options. His diligence in updating us really helped us in the end with the additional work that was needed. He went above and beyond by adding insulation in addition to the new wood. We were extremely happy with the final work that was done. Additionally, Oren worked very quickly, finishing the main work within a week when other contractors gave us a 2-3 week timeline. His workers cleaned the areas each day and put in quality work. His prices are extremely fair and lower in comparison with other contractor estimates that we got for the same work to be done. We cannot recommend him highly enough! We will definitely be working with him in the future when we do more renovations to our house.

Fair Price, Reliable Service…read more Boy did I get lucky. I recently purchased a home that hadn't been updated since the 80's. It needed new flooring, painting, lighting and the kitchen and bathrooms were a complete gut job. I interviewed four contractors. Not only was Vartan the lowest bidder, unlike the others his bid also included materials. I saved thousands of dollars and the hassle of shopping for all the materials. He set up a very fair payment schedule that didn't require me to put up half before he started. I live in a planned community and had a very tight timeline for completion in addition to requirements from the HOA. Hearing so many horror stories about unscrupulous contractors I had concerns about everything being completed on time. Vartan is the most reliable contractor I've ever met. He delivered everything he promised and more. He was a pleasure to work with. His work crews were always on time and left the work space clean each day. Vartan went above and beyond to make sure my style was reflected in the renovations. I appreciated his suggestions. In many cases his selections looked better and cost less than what I had picked. He even did a few extra things he knew I would like. He didn't try to gouge me to make extra money. What he quoted was what I paid except for extras I requested after work began. He even came back for touch ups and additional electrical work after I moved in. I couldn't have asked for a less stressful experience. Thank you Vartan for making my home look so beautiful. Everything came out better than I had hoped.

From the very beginning, their communication was excellent--they kept us updated at every step and always followed through on what they promised. It made a huge project feel manageable, which was such a relief. On top of that, the quality of the work is outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their craft. Our new roof looks fantastic, and it feels solid and built to last. Best of all, the price was more than fair for the level of service and workmanship we received. It's rare to find a company that delivers this combination of value, professionalism, and peace of mind. I've already recommended Narrative to a couple friends, and as I look outside at the rain pouring down, I'm relieved to know I'm not going to be surprised by any more leaks.
