I had a similar experience as Georgette. Spent over $150 on the first visit, no treatment, just x-rays and evaluation. I was looking forward to getting treated, but I was late for my appointment the next day, and Veronica, the office manager, was so deliberately rude to me that I haven't returned. Another staff member was working me into that day's schedule, and Veronica interrupts, and tells her not to work me in. She then tells me, you have to come back another day. Purely out of spite because I was late for my appointment! I told her I wouldn't be back and left. Now I've spent all this money there and have to start over somewhere else. Wonderful experience with this office. I started going to Dr Gena due to a headache that wouldn't go away when I was about 18 weeks pregnant. After my first visit I've never had the headache again. I continue to go for weekly adjustments during my pregnancy and I believe they are the reason I haven't had any back, neck nor hip pain as I near the end of my pregnancy.
