Dr Sierra is amazing! This is the Go To place for all manor of aches and pains. I came here after having an accident while 7 months pregnant and I felt well taken care of. You can tell he knows what he's doing, especially when he takes his time to consult with you. Overall a very professional and customer service oriented establishment, which is lacking in most places. VERY CLEAN environment and relaxing with essential oils diffused. Shonda the receptionist is awesome as well! Has answers to all your questions. I know I'll definitely be back. read more

The location is in a seedy strip mall. The chiropractor was definitely competent , but I felt like he had some strange attitude. A little too arrogant. Plus this practice doesn't take insurance. read more

wham bam thank you ma'am and its expensive. they will initially take x-rays and show you the problem areas and quickly show you how to improve, but i dont feel any compassion and care coming from them. they just want you to keep coming in for quick and expensive cracks/adjustments. read more

Never disappointed with Dr Sierra!!! Always available to help when I call. The office is very clean and and professional. Need a place I highly recommend here. Always giving additional ideas to help keep you balanced read more

Such a wonderful guy he got my back corrected... I was ready to go to the emergency room.

DO NOT GO HERE! I cannot believe they REFUSED to even see me because I am a Senior Citizen. I was even planning to pay cash for the visit. Cathy at the front desk made up some escuse, but I believe this Doctor actually DISCRIMINATES. I believe it was because of my appearance, but they claimed they refuse to see "Senior Citizens". read more

I was a chiropractic newbie before finding Dr. Sierra, and admittedly, rather nervous about the whole process. But after months of struggling with lower/mid back pain, and waking up stiff as a board after only a few hours of sleep, I knew something had to be done. From the moment I stepped into his office, I knew I was in good hands. Cassie at the front desk is marvelous! Friendly, efficient and accommodating. She makes booking/rescheduling your appointment a breeze. At my initial consultation, Dr. Sierra did a full work up to include x-rays, and took the time to create a treatment plan. During the first adjustment, he carefully explained exactly what he was going to do, to help settle my nerves. Over the course of my treatment plan, he gave me many different tips, tricks & stretches that can be done at home to help speed up my recovery. Fast forward a few weeks, and the reduction in pain is substantial. I am actually sleeping through the night again-- something I haven't been able to do in months. With regular visits, and following his guidance, I feel so much better. I've since moved out of Fort Lauderdale, and Dr. Sierra was even kind enough to help me find a new chiropractor in a different state. Talk about above and beyond!! Not only is he a great doctor, but also a standup guy who's genuinely invested in your wellbeing. Needless to say, when my travels bring me back home to SoFlo, PowerSource Chiropractic will be my first stop. It'll be like visiting an old friend. :) read more

I went in with an acute state of Sciatica. From the very beginning Dr. Sierra and his staff were able to get me in with an appointment. He evaluated me and immediately proceeded with a plan of action. After my second visit, I was able to sleep through the night, and walk normally. Incredible results!!!! I'm happy to have chosen PowerSource. read more

I can't even put into words how much I love everyone here!! They're all so sweet and happy to help in every aspect. The energy every time I walk in is why I keep going, aside from the amazing adjustments. Super happy with my experience at PowerSource. It is a beautiful, clean office with a friendly + caring team. If I could go every day, I would! I've been suffering from neck and lower back pain for as long as I can remember. I have been to several different chiropractors and massage therapists and I only got temporary relief and then the pain would come rushing back. My pain was not letting me sleep and was just constantly aching and spasming. I found PowerSource Chiropractic and from day one I definitely felt some relief. Dr. Rafael asked me to come back 2 days later to talk to me about my X-rays and posture pictures. To be honest, this was the first time that a doctor took the time to explain what was going on and showing me how my posture was and what it should be. He not only adjusts you, but gives you additional exercises to do in order relieve pain and correct issues. I am continuing to see Dr. Rafael and definitely already feel the difference in just a couple of visits. He thoroughly explains how pain and discomfort is the way the body communicates problems. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. If you're having pain and need some relief, come to PowerSource Chiropractic and you will NOT be disappointed. read more

Great people always friendly staff who make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Will be back over and over

I suffer from chronic low back pain enhanced by a car accident I had some years ago. Dr. Sierra is the ONLY Chiropractor that has been able to help me improve my condition. He creates a chart for each patient showing the continuous progress which he reviews periodically with each person! Dr. Sierra is a true professional with a warm soul and his staff was carefully chosen to reflect his personal touch and professionalism. I highly recommend PowerSource and its entire team for all your Chiropractic needs. read more

I very rarely leave a review but when I encounter a service so spectacular I have to share it with as many people as possible. I have had lower back pain for several years and have visited Chiropractors that were more interested in getting paid then helping me get pain free. I was referred to Dr. Rafael by a friend who moved to Florida that had horrible back pain that said after working with him for a short period of time the pain went away. I was in Miami for the weekend and after a last minute decision decided to call Power Source at 1pm to see if they can book me. They said they were closing but Dr. Rafael said he would wait for me if I can be there in a reasonable time as he had paperwork to do. I got there and WOW - he took x rays, gave me an adjustment showed me different stretches and exercises that can help with my pain. He spent 20 minutes just on explaining how the spinal cords work and what can happen based on my lifestyle if I neglect my lower back issues. Aside from him taking an hour of his time OFF HOURS to help me and explain, I can tell this man has passion for what he does. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with or without pain to see Dr. Rafael to get a consultation and adjustment. Thank you for helping and going way above and beyond to make sure I understand. read more

I recently began coming to this location after being a patient of Dr. Jeff for over 4 years at the Plantation office. Started see My chiropractor for a major neck and back injury. At the same time, I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome). After changing my diet, lifestyle and continuous chiropractic visits, a year later my Doctors were amazed that there were NO signs of PCOS! After 2 years, I was able to begin weight training at the gym, run my 5k's, practice Yoga and live a quality of life that a healthy human should. I should also add that I have not gotten a cold or virus in over 3 years! My group of friends and their families (including the babies) get their regular chiropractic care by Dr. Jeff so we can all keep living an active and disease free life. I am writing this review only as a testimony that chiropractic therapy works, but recommend everyone to get checked and keep regular visits - even if you're not sick or injured. The team at Power Source makes you feel like family. Can't wait for my next adjustment :-) read more

So I was on a business trip to Ft Lauderdale and decided to get some exercise by swimming in the ocean just off the beach. With in 30 minutes I had thrown something out of whack just between my shoulder blades. It hurt, couldn't move my neck or breath without pain. I made it back to the hotel, and hit yelp for the nearest chiropractor. To my amazement these guys said they would stay open until I could get there....great service. The adjustment was perfect, and quite honestly was better than what I had remembered from my chiropractor at home. It is evident the doc cares, and he listened intently. From the adjustment to the massage table I was out in 1 hour with NO pain. At the end of the day, The doc called me just to make sure all was well.....again great service. If I lived here, I would be a customer for life. read more

I've been coming to Power Source for about a week. Though it's small office and I just started my treatment with them, and so far it's good. Dr. Sierra is knowledgeable and very informative about treatment. Once I complete my treatment I should be able to provide a review based on my progress after treatment. read more

The power of social media! I discovered PowerSource while browsing Instagram and am so glad I did! From the moment you walk in you are treated as if you've been a client for years. Shonda literally greeted me by first name as soon as i walked in. Seems like something small but it really made a difference for me. They are so personable. My boyfriend and I are in our early 30s with ailments that usually result in being told "welcome to 30". At this point I've probably had 14 adjustments and my lower back feels AMAZING! I used to crack it multiple times a night, every night. Now I crack it like twice a week. No seriously, I had to think of the last time I cracked it. My boyfriend is a hot mess and he feels a difference too. He's had shoulder pain for over a year now and Dr. Sierra recommended some are home exercises and his pain has SIGNIFICANTLY improved! Do yourself and your body a favor and make an appointment and then come back and thank me. read more

When I came to this office, I had 3 worries: I didn't know how long I'd have to keep coming, I didn't know if I would get an honest opinion, and I was nervous about getting adjusted. After I had 2 visits here, all of my concerns were gone. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Rafael did an amazing job of making me comfortable in the office. I was shown on my xray the problem that was causing my pain and they gave me treatment options. The first time I was adjusted, they were so careful to talk me through what they were doing so I wasn't surprised by a sudden "crack". I have to admit that even after the first treatment, I felt so much better. They recommended a plan that in my opinion was very fair. Even after I got out of pain, they gave me an option to continue for wellness care and it makes me feel so much better than I used to. Thanks Powersource Chiropractic! read more

I threw back about 6 months ago and could barely walk into this office. They were the only chiropractic office to give me an appointment as a new patient on a Saturday. I've tried two other places prior. I met the owner, who was nice and Rafael which was the one who treated me. Very nice, professional and knowledgable. We started off with the adjustments to relieve the pain and then we took the x-rays, which can be taken right in the office. So convenient. The healing process, to where my back was back to normal, only took about 2 weeks. This was with just two to three visits a week. It was like magic. I am now working with him because of the results of a car accident. He is still working wonders for my back and I will continue getting great results from him going forward. read more

4 years ago I pulled my hamstring. Dr. Sierra saw me immediately and set me up with a wonderful treatment plan. I was in a lot of pain and worried but his excellent understanding of body mechanics and treatment options guided me through a complete recovery. A few months later I popped a rib out of place. I had no idea this can happen and it was excruciating. Again, he saw me immediately and got it back in place with just one adjustment. Most recently I had some painful back issues and Dr. Sierras' understanding of what was happening and how to adjust me was excellent. He truly listens to his patients, carefully describing what is causing the pain so you are able to be truly involved in the treatment plan. For me, this is very important --allowing me to do additional treatments with stretches etc.. He warned me about what would aggravate the situation and provided options to eliminate as much pain as possible and how to avoid repeating the situation. Everyone at the office is friendly, warm and professional. They will work with your schedule as well. I've being seeing Chiropractors for over 30 years and Dr.Sierra is the best. Robin read more

Got referred here after a car accident and what a blessing it has been. Drs. Rafael and Jeff and staff are all super friendly. Of course Dr. Rafael is knowledgeable but he makes sure to share that knowledge so that you have a full understanding of what exactly is happening with whatever is ailing you. My condition has significantly improved and I give full credit to Dr. Rafael and his methods of treatment. He doesn't do too much too soon, and at the same time he is gentle yet effective.
