BOOT BARN @ OCEANSIDE…read more Parking is available right out front, and since this Boot Barn is located in a huge plaza, there's plenty of space and a lot of foot traffic. The parking lot is massive, so you won't have much trouble finding a spot. My boyfriend and I came here looking for cowboy boots, and they have a wide selection, especially their high-quality styles. I love how everything is displayed so nicely, and you can actually try on whatever catches your eye. The associates were super friendly, the service was great, and overall I had a really positive experience. I ended up getting one of their popular brown boots in a size 9 for about $150. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality is amazing. If you're planning to wear your boots often, the value is absolutely worth it. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

Boot Barn in Oceanside is a large and clean western/workwear clothing store that has plenty of…read moreoptions and helpful employees. Pros: i've been to their previous location, which was in the same plaza and this new building that they have is really nice. It is larger, cleaner, and has more selection than their previous location. They make it clear to separate men's and women's in an obvious way where anybody who's walking in for the first time can understand where to go and what to see. There are plenty of options for shoes for Western style, like cowboy boots and workwear like boots for work and steel toes boots. The service here is really helpful and will provide assistance whenever called. I had to do an exchange on boots and they were very helpful in finding a different size. The parking here is very abundant as it is in a larger plaza with other stores next to it and nearby. The price is here are within 100 to 250 per pair of cowboy boots. Shirts and jackets range between 20 bucks 25 bucks up to 80 and 100+ for nicer jackets cowboy hats are also really good quality and can range over $100 easily but you can find cheaper options as long as you look and or ask for assistance. Cons: I did not recall seeing too many cons at this place. If I were to be nitpicky, I did not see a public bathroom but I'm sure there was one available. Verdict: I would come to boot barn for any of my western clothing needs. They have very high-quality items at different price points for anybody's price range. I will continue to come to this location and hope to see our locations as I very much like the store.

So I look around and I ask the associate working if they have any specials or discounts going at the moment she responds none I was like Wow !! No Specials knowing it's an Outlet Store I would think they would have specials or Promotions !! Well guess not !! But I look around and they do have lots of selection here and as you walk to the back of Lids they at least have a wall full of hats for 25 Dollars or 30 Dollars with a Red Tag on the hat and the price is Marked . So that is the price !! Bummer they did not have any extra discounts !! Well I asked anyways !! But if your looking for MLB, NFL, NBA, or any Professional Teams they do have it here but the only thing missing is Jerseys . This Lids does not Carry jerseys . But I ended up picking up 2 Caps and My overall experience was decent And I surely hope next time they do have some better Discounts !!

Great place to get sports merch from all major sports from hats and jerseys. Able to find items you…read morecan't find online or at other stores. Customization for jerseys? Buyer beware. Brought in a blank Nike replica (~$120 MSRP) Padres jersey to get customized (~$50) as their turnaround time of 15-20 minutes and better looking letter & number patches were desirable over the Padres store (thin heat press names & numbers). Got a Joe Musgrove jersey and the results were not good. While the name itself was passable (definitely issues with the spacing being a bit too far across the back), the numbers were both too low AND spaced out horribly far apart. Noticeable to a casual eye? Maybe, maybe not. To a fan or enthusiast? Horrible. I pointed out the number spacing being off as I got the jersey back and the guy who did it gave some excuse about how the glue on the numbers makes it so that he couldn't get them spaced closer together. And I say an excuse as they had a custom Musgrove on display with far better spacing! With that said, I don't think the guy meant to mess it up but he definitely knew he did. If I could do it all over again as a piece of advice for everyone else, ask whoever makes your custom jersey to let you see the orientation/spacing of your name & numbers before they press it on. Since they use better quality heat press patches, they are basically unable to be removed. They definitely make good customs that I've seen in store & at Petco Park, but I would never go back again for custom jerseys.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly offended by the interaction I had with one of the…read moreassociates at this location. I was looking at a pair of jeans when a short associate with short brown hair (wearing a white top and white jeans on 07/25) approached me and began making recommendations. I asked about the prices, and I explained that I was not looking to spend that much on a pair of jeans at the moment. Her response was, "That's too bad, this is a luxury." The comment was incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. I am fully aware that I was shopping in a luxury store. I already own a pair of jeans from the brand (which is information I shared with her before her comments), so I am not unfamiliar with the product or the store. I was simply making a decision based on my current circumstances. What made the comment even more inappropriate is that she had no idea what my personal circumstances were. I have lost 100 pounds and counting, and because of my weight loss, clothing I purchase can quickly become too large for me. WHICH, is a completely valid reason to be mindful of how much I spend on clothing right now. I have worked in the luxury industry for over five years, and I have never experienced or displayed this level of disrespect toward a customer. Mind you, I did not work at an outlet mall, I worked in Fashion Valley and NEVER experienced this in a high-end store. Working in luxury is not an excuse to make customers feel embarrassed, judged, or inferior for choosing not to purchase an item. In fact, luxury sales should be about creating an elevated experience and making the customer feel valued, NOT making them feel bad because they do not want to spend a certain amount of money. Many customers shop at outlets specifically because they want access to luxury products at a more affordable price. A customer not wanting to spend a certain amount does not give an associate the right to respond condescendingly. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and offended by the interaction. The comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and completely ruined my experience. I sincerely hope this associate receives additional training on professionalism, customer service, and how to speak to customers respectfully... regardless of how much they choose to spend! She then proceeded to "congratulate me" after I shared my weight loss journey with her. At that point, I couldn't help but feel that she realized how judgmental and inappropriate her previous comment had been, especially after assuming that I simply did not want to purchase the jeans because they were too expensive. Ma'am, what part of me already owning a pair of your jeans do you not understand? I am a paying customer who clearly values and pays for quality. Choosing not to purchase another pair at that specific moment does not mean I am unfamiliar with the brand, unaware of the prices, or unable to afford quality products. It simply means I made a personal decision not to purchase that particular item.

My son wanted some glasses for school and some sunglasses for when he's outside for long periods. The salesperson showed us some nice options. He made sure to tell us about the sale too. After my son decided he wanted a second pair of glasses for his computer use, the salesperson asked for the optician to come out and size him for the right pair. The optician, Mario, spent a lot of time making sure the glasses were the right size. Both pairs looked wonderful on him! Their service was amazing here. Today, I exchanged an online purchase for a smaller size and actually saved six dollars because the item was on sale. I like buying jeans here and occasionally other items. However, the sales people were very helpful and accommodating.
