    Ring

Unfortunately after about a year the ring got very ugly and not pleasant to look at. I'm pretty bummed because I loved this ring. I tried cleaning it multiple times but nothing seems to work. I would think it would be a little better quality given that it was $50ish. I guess maybe don't run it through water?

My husband purchased a seahorse necklace for me a few years ago on our anniversary from here and I still love it! Great place to shop while waiting for a table at the Cliff next door.

Beautiful pink topaz, there are many other stones to choose from

This unique jewelry store is so amazing. The owner is so kind and helpful. The two pieces I bought today are beautiful!!! They are my Christmas gifts from my husband. I highly recommend checking this store out when in Laguna Beach. It was a delight to do business with this store.

What a wonderful place. Found this store while eating at The Cliffhouse about 7 years ago - 2016. Bought a ring. This year 2023 I wound up there early January and my stone had chipped and asked if they could replace. Jocelyn called owner and they said they would change out stone. It was a very nominal fee. I left it there as I was heading back to the east coast. Well low and behold it came four days later via USPS. Stone is more gorgeous than when I bought it. Cannot believe the service and how they stand by their products. This cut of the stone is always getting complemented! Photo isn't the best - doesn't capture the light or the sparkling of the ring. I think next time I'm there I'll get a gold setting with a colored stone. I currently have a silver setting with the clear stone.

Horrible customer service…read more I was really disappointed with my experience here. I stopped in earlier today to pick out some beads and bubble letter charms. The employee initially told me she thought the bubble letter charms were around $3 each, but she wasn't 100% sure and needed to double-check. Because she was busy helping other customers, I told her I'd leave everything under my name and come back later once she confirmed the pricing. When I returned, I found that she had already threaded every letter charm onto a chain. I never asked for this service, and it was never discussed with me. She then told me the charms were actually $40 each, which was much more than I expected based on the initial estimate. I politely declined to purchase the charms and said I'd still like to buy the other beads I had selected. That's when she told me I owed a fee for the letter charms because she had put the chains through them. At no point was I asked if I wanted that done, nor was anyone tell me there would be a fee for it. I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I never requested, but she continued to insist. Because of how the situation was handled, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, they lost a sale and a future customer. Beyond that, the customer service during both of my visits felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking questions and trying to make a purchase. I value good customer service just as much as the products themselves, and this experience fell far short of that.

Absolutely terrible customer service--completely unprofessional!!!…read more My husband and I were both "victims" in this situation, as we did not feel welcomed at all in the store. For comfort, my husband decided to stand outside while I proceeded to look around the store. When I walked into the store, the manager and an associate were just standing there, completely engrossed in a personal conversation. There was absolutely no greeting, no eye contact, and zero effort made to welcome customers into the space. It felt as though the staff couldn't care less that people were walking through the door, treating their own personal chatter as the priority. To make matters worse, when I proactively tried to be polite and asked them, "How are you?", I was met with an incredibly pretentious, cold, and ignorant attitude. Instead of a standard, courteous professional response, they made me feel like an interruption to their personal conversation. This wasn't just isolated to me, either. I watched as they treated other customers who walked into the store the exact same way-ignoring them, refusing to welcome them, and continuing their personal conversation right in front of everyone. For a manager to actively participate in this behavior alongside a casual associate sets an incredibly poor standard for the entire store. The atmosphere here is deeply unwelcoming and elitist. I will not be spending my money at a business that treats basic courtesy with such arrogance. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on fundamental customer service. To top it all off, when I finally walked out, they completely ignored me again-no "thank you," no acknowledgment, nothing. Just completely dismissive from start to finish. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!!

They have so many local artists and jewelry makers at stalls, and the person selling it to you is often the artist themselves! Every artist is so kind and asks you how you are doing as you walk by their stall! There is also a QR code where you can vote for your favorite artist. There's also live music and many food options. Pricing: You can buy a ticket before (https://tickets.sawdustartfestival.org/), and tickets are $12.50 a day and $49.50 for an annual pass. I recommend adding the ticket to your Apple/phone wallet, so you can easily scan the QR code when you enter. Some of the art and jewelry is slightly expensive, but you can also find more inexpensive pieces, and considering it is all handmade, this is understandable. Parking: A great parking option is to park at Lot 16, which is $5 a day on weekdays and $10 on weekends and holidays. You can pay for this on the Laguna Beach parking app (https://towne.com/lagunabeachparking/). Then, you can take the free trolley (and enjoy the amazing breeze!) to the Sawdust Art Festival (There will be a sign, so you will know where to get down). It was hard finding a staff member to get items scanned so I had to put it in my shopping cart and get to the checkout line for a price check. I have been to other Hobby Lobby locations and it's quite large with lots of items to look at. I feel like all these stores are owned by a Christian family as I frequently hear Christian music as you walk around the store and it is quite peacful and relaxing even for non religious shoppers. Some of the standout items for sale included seasonal home décor whcih right now was clearance items from Valentines Day and new items for Easter holiday. There were also a large display of artificial floral arrangements, wall art, and a wide variety of craft supplies. I found a few paints supplies and scrapbooking materials for my niece to enjoy. The selection was impressive, and the quality of the products made it easy to find unique items for both home decorating and DIY projects. Overall, this Hobby Lobby location is a great place to shop if you have time to wander the entire store because you will leave with a cart full of creative supplies or stylish décor. Plenty of parking in the front and restrooms are nice and clean.

This is precisely why I requested assistance in the first place. I was disappointed not only by the lack of support, but also by the tone and comments made during our visit. Customer service should feel supportive and welcoming, especially for families. It was frustrating to see multiple employees present, yet none available to provide direct assistance when requested. I should not be expected to perform the duties of a cashier while an employee stands nearby making comments about my children instead of providing assistance.
