All was going well until it was time to check out. The owner said that she could give her own discounts. The total came to $487 and change, two $10 necklaces for kids, one crystal egg, and a necklace that she took out of a locked cabinet. Removed the two kids necklace and then the bill was still $289 dollars. She said only Zelle,Venmo or cash. I didn't have anything but credit card. So I decided not to buy anything, she immediately got pushy and said I will give you another discount. She said how is $158! I said okay but I only have a credit card, she agreed. The next day I had a charge for $188 and change. Needless to say she never gave a receipt or asked for a signature, my bad !! I should have listen to my intuition the beginning. Lastly she gave me my necklace in a small padded bag that she received merchandise in from China. What a shame to treat people like this! I always want to support small businesses and local businesses, but not if you're going to treat people disrespectfully, karma does have a way of coming back to you!!! With regret

Warning: no prices and seller will make up insanely high prices for items when you ask. If you know anything about crystals you know this is a scam. I asked the price of a small moss agate heart carving (I have my own moss agate heart shaped carving in the exact same size I got for $15) and she told me $75. She said it's not cheap because of the quality but the one I have at home has exposed druzy and is way nicer for a fraction of the cost. After hearing the price for that I didn't even ask about the larger pieces I liked. I then asked the price of a labradorite tumble and was told $50 at which point I was done with the store. She said it's $50 for the tumble because of the blue flash LOL. I have so many gorgeous lab pieces with bright flash and none of it was anything near the prices she made up. Don't go here unless you want to pay 10x the price the items are actually worth. Such a shame because she does have some pretty pieces, if they were priced fairly I would've left with several crystals. read more
