I called Midwest Tire and the person on the phone was so friendly and immediately told us to come in and that they would help us out. Everyone there was just as nice. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They knew we were from out of town and trying to get back on the road, and you could tell they really wanted to help make that happen. We didn't have to wait long either. After such a lousy start to the day, it was so nice to end up somewhere with genuinely kind people who knew what they were doing and took care of us. They're really fast so I just work from the lounge and enjoy the complimentary pop and snacks, and whatever daytime tv is on. Last visit I came in, and they suggested I get my brakes done. Jeff the sales manager had the issue taken care of, supposedly. Long story short they are out $21,000 cost of vehicle and repairs. Word is Jeff knew the vehicle had issues and instead of fixing all of them he fixed the minor ones and left the major repairs alone. AVOID Woodside AND Jeff at all costs! No INTEGRITY AT ALL!!
