Bryan fits that bill We were interested in putting in a waterproof floor, either ceramic tile or vinyl, and Bryan was helpful in determining which one and the cost-effectiveness of each. Bryan managed to fit our timeline for the project perfectly. In about three days, he had leveled the concrete floor in our Lakewood, home, put down the red, waterproof barrier, put down a impermeable barrier between the red barrier and the vinyl flooring. Finally, the vinyl flooring went in in about a day and a half. All told it was about four days. When we noticed something that might've been a little bit off, Bryan was quick to correct it and super responsive. he was more than accommodating in our requests and his crew did a great job, especially in terms of cleaning up before they left. It's clear that Bryan understands not only the craft in his work, but how to treat his customers. We are thrilled with our new vinyl floor. From the start, Sembro was very professional. Their manager came to our home for a personal…read moreinspection of our old bathroom. He then gave us a 3D rendering of what our new bathroom would look like when finished rather than just 2D drawings. It helped my wife to visualize how the bathroom would eventually look. Sembro also gave us several ideas which we eventually incorporated into the final design. Sembro also gave us a written Quotation with a detailed budget. The budget gave us allowances for some of the material which we could then either purchase from them or source ourselves from other suppliers. We really appreciated the flexibility of being able to select what we wanted for our bathroom so that if it was something that was perhaps either less expensive or more expensive than what was in the initial budget, we were free to do so. At the end, all of the items and services that Sembro provided came in at the costs quoted in their original Quotation. During the project, Sembro's manager came to our home at several key times to ensure first that the project started off right and stayed on course. He also helped to arrange urgent repairs like when I unexpectedly discovered that a mouse had chewed through the old electrical wiring! The best part of the project was Sembro's in house crew. They have their own very talented craftsmen to do drywall, tiling, painting, carpentry and other miscellaneous installation work of fixtures, etc. We had very crooked / wavy walls in our old bathroom that they did a great job of straightening out. Their 2 man team who did the tile work, both on the floor and the surround for the bathtub, did a fantastic job! Also, their painter was excellent. One thing I really appreciated was that since Sembro had their own painter (who are difficult to find), they could coordinate the installation work with the painting. Several years prior, we redid our kitchen and had a great deal of difficulty coordinating with the painter who never seemed available when needed which held the project up. The other thing that I really liked about Sembro's team was that they would work until the job was done. Often they would stay until late in the afternoon or early evening in order to finish up a specific stage of the job. In the past, we had workers in our house who would leave at 3:00 PM, regardless of whether or not they were finished. Sembro's team always worked hard and fast too! In summary, based on our experience with redoing our bathroom, I would highly recommend Sembro Design & Supply to anyone considering a home remodeling project. The Boyd's
