Horrible, I booked with them to repair a printer on Thursday 7/2, they confirmed and then called me to shift to Monday, I told them I could not so they asked me to move the appointment to a later time on that Thursday and I did, the time of arrival for the tech was 12 to 2 at 2 when nobody showed I called and they told me he was 30 min out, I said that would be fine. They called me 1 and 1/2 hrs later and said he was stuck at a job when the told me prior he was on the way 30 min out. They again asked me to move the appointment to Monday and I told them to cancel. This was totally unacceptable, poor communication and just a rouse to get to Monday. I would not use these guys. read more
