Review would have been good had the representative not started talking to me like I was an idiot for asking about a product issue that would otherwise have not resulted in a one star review. I have been told at length how James is aware of the situation and does not plan on doing anything about it. I will be filing a PPO on the manager, but I am deeply concerned about the co-owner approving of threats of violence against me. I have now been waiting until 4:30 PM the day after for contact from Joe Gee. It is clear nothing is going to be done about this. Be safe when dealing with this company, you can see my messages. It has been brought to my attention the manager is also going around saying I demanded a free repair. I didn't ask for a thing. I told him I did not want to work with Crash Masters. Please have him remove his attempt at defamation. I do not care about bringing up the familial things, it's a little crass for a dude but he is allowed to opine on such. This phone screen works worse than the phone I own that is smashed. I am assuming the forcing me to get the screen repaired after I said no was to prevent me from using my protection plan. The screen protector isn't even on right now that I look at it. All around awful.
