Mike was able to recover my hard drive and transfer all my files onto a new computer even though on numerous occasions, he was running into issues. Once he had everything transferred and he set up my new computer, he trained me on how to more use it more effectively. He makes things so simple and easy to remember. Doug and I needed to update our laptop. Doug first met with Micheal to share some concerns we were having with our ten year old laptop. Michael suggested that we did indeed need a new laptop. He ordered our new laptop and set a time for us to come in to pick it up. Michael spent about 3 hours going over the new technology and programs with us. He was very thorough, and he was very patient with our questions and concerns. He also suggested some updated items we should consider. He loaded our previous information on the new laptop. He also made some suggestions on items that were no longer needed on our laptop. We were very impressed with Michael's knowledge and expertise.
