It took many weeks, but finally AFD agreed to accept a return. They acknowledged receipt of the return 11/26/16. After many more weeks, with no further response, I followed up. They responded that a replacement item would be sent. After several more weeks without receiving a replacement, I sent an email complaint, and they replied that the item would be sent soon. I receive it on 2/6/17. It did not function properly. I reached out to their customer service during posted hours (8am to 8pm, central time) - I called 2/7/17 at 6PM central time, and got a recording saying they were closed and to please call back between 8am and 8pm! I sent AFD a message that evening, asking for a refund. They refused, saying there was only a 30-day warranty, and they refused to start the warranty clock on the date the return was received, instead opting to use the original purchase date. Rude, unprofessional, this company sold me an item that did not function properly, took months to resolve it, charged for return shipping, took many weeks to finally send a replacement that still did not function, and refuse to refund the purchase price. I couldn't be more displeased.
