When they first gave me the "repaired" phone back, I discovered that the fingerprint sensor had stopped working so I had to go back to get it fixed. This was the first sign of their shoddy work. 2 days later, a black spot of dead pixels appeared on my screen without any apparent cause and a second black spot appeared randomly a day later. When I visited the store to get it repaired again, Phonehut claimed that I must have "burned the screen with something hot" even though I've only ever used my phone for day-to-day activities and never had this happen in my 15+ years of owning smartphones. Phonehut then spent the next few days saying they'll "take another look" and forced me to come back to the store twice only to repeat that I must have caused the damage and that they wouldn't cover my repair under warranty. Although I don't really blame the front desk receptionists, it was definitely a terrible experience with their management team. During my many unfortunate trips to this place, I also heard other customers complaining about the stingy service and low quality repair services.
