UPDATE: Combining the original experience (below), with this, the overall product is more of a…read more"side hustle" than a business. They do a good job, but a business requires more than just the product. The customer service is outright poor if you have any needs beyond your initial job. My recent experience trying to get in contact with the business to re-tint my side passenger window after a break in, I have received no actionable response in weeks. It makes sense to have the same exact brand/color tint as my other windows so imagine my frustration. I initially received a generic response for a full car job, meaning they 1. Did not read my request for one window at all, and 2. Keep no records to know they originally serviced me añready. I have followed up 3+ times since with no response. The experiences was unacceptable. I found a reputable business who promptly got me scheduled...and during my appointment they tell me I have 25% on my front when i originally requested legal 35%! Then my back windows I requested 20%, and the meter read 7%! So now Ray Band not only has poor customer service, they don't know what they're putting on your car. This is BAD. What is most unsettling is that after the original job they said to "simply call" if i had any issues with the tint, and here I am not able to get anything done on Yelp/text/call for weeks. Come here for an good initial job, with no expectations of real customer service afterwards, is my fair and honest review. One and done, 3/5 stars. If you expect customer service after your initial, 1/5 overall.
