His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. They determined that the positive post needed to be replaced. They say they rad a digonistic test to determine the positive post was the problem $200.00 dollars later. Two days later I started to have lights on the dash. Today I took it back to them after I found both posts were totally loose. They refused to refund after I showed them how loose the posts were.What repair shop would make a rookie mistake by not checking that the posts were tight. They sure had no charge using a diagnostic device to replace a obvious, first place to look (battery post) .
