Really a great experience with this dealership. Everyone on the staff was helpful and professional,…read morenever once acting in a traditional "salesman". I have purchased many motorcycles over the years but this was, by far, the best experience I have had. Highly recommended.

After shopping around for a while in search of my dream bike I stumbled upon this gem! Great bike…read moreselection and they had the bike I wanted. A 2025 GSA. It appears all the guys in there are GS enthusiasts so we're super knowledgeable. I met Steven as I was wondering around, he wanted to know if I needed help or had any questions. Super low pressure. So took this bike for a ride and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to purchase that day so I put alittle money to hold the bike. When I was ready to buy he sent the app and by the time I got there it was all ready to go. We were able to work out a deal and the rest is history. Here is the really cool part! I felt really welcome, he talked about riding and everything in between. These guys are not salesmen they are enthusiasts! I can't stand sales people but every single guy I met in the store is happy saddle up and ride with! Knowledgeable, friendly and real. I never once got any pressure to close a deal just to find the right bike and make sure I was over informed and fully prepared! Steven kinda ruined every motorbike sales guy for me! Finance manager Cole was awesome! His big thing was making sure we left happy, if we could get a deal fantastic but again his love of the bike and brand as well as integrity for his work and company shone through. He was efficient and did his best to work the best deal he could for me. Peter a fellow Brit and Jess in the clothing and accessories department were fantastic offering lots of options for new gear and made sure I got everything I needed and it was the right product. All in all forget your salesy Harley Indian or what ever else, go check these guys out! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Buyer Beware! I…read morepurchased a Pickard Triple tree in June of 2015 for my 2014 Street Glide with a 23" wheel, I was excited to see that they backed up their product with a unconditional "NO WOBBLE" Guaranty after hearing of some of the horror stories I have heard. Well, I have become one of those horror stories. After having the custom shop install the triple tree and set up the bike I finally got to ride it, it was awesome looking. I took it down the road and it was great until I got up to about 55 mph. I noticed it was unstable, kind of rocking back and forth a little. As I increased speed the action became more dramatic to at the point when I reached 80 mph it became uncontrollable. I took it back to the shop and inquired about the situation, they had done many bikes with larger wheels and never had an issue, but they always used Hawg Halters and was unfamiliar with Pickard. They took down the whole front end and examined every part, put it back together finding nothing wrong. At that point we decided to call Pickard, after several messages and many phone calls we finally got to talk to a person called Jovan. Jovan was curt and very proud of being on the videos, but did tell us that the 1" lowering kit could not be used with his triple trees, that he designed them and he knows. So I paid the shop to take the front end down and bought std. length $500 progressive inserts for the front and took it out again, Same exact problem ! This time the shop called Pickard ,after many calls and messages they were able to reach Jovan again. the owner of the shop said Jovan was rude and cocky, but he said that the system would not work with the Progressive inserts, there goes $500. So we took it down again $$$, bought new Harley springs, put everything exactly as Jovan had instructed and drove it again, NO CHANGE, THE BIKE WAS UNCONTROLABLE AT 70+ MPH. The Custom bike shop was as frustrated as me, they have never had such issues, they have lowered fronts, lowered backs used other springs and struts etc, etc. and never had such a temperamental triple tree, even on 26 & 30" wheels. So this time they sent the bike to Harley to be gone through, had the alignment checked, took down the whole rear of the bike down & took down the whole front of the bike again, $1000. Neither the Harley dealer or the custom shop found any issues with the bike that would attribute to the wobble, or any issues whatsoever. Both companies came to the conclusion that it had to be the Triple trees. It is now February (over 7 months) and I am still fighting with my bike, so I called Jovan and after getting disconnected several times after he found out who was calling he finally talked to me. When I asked him if I could pay for shipping and return the triple trees, he started cursing at me and hung up. I have tried many times to call back, but they will not pick up the phone. I don't think they are going to back up their warranty. BEWARE !
