Juan told me that there were a lot more issues than expected, but Juan was very communicative and explained everything to me as they were doing the job. I have never had my sprinklers serviced before so I was surprised at how messy everything was. Needless to say, they left my lawn as if nothing ever happened - everything looks perfect and my sprinklers are now 100% working. I would recommend Orozco to anyone needing sprinklers / landscaping services. A+ for their customer service and their work.

They were respectful, fair with their pricing, and left the workspace clean and tidy at the end of every single day. They did a phenomenal job pouring our colored concrete, installing a low-flow irrigation system, planting with mulch, and running an electrical outlet. Polo is trustworthy and runs a fantastic team. He was also punctual, always arriving whenever he said he was. He even texted me when he was going to be 5 minutes late. In my experience, it's extremely rare to work with someone who is punctual, especially a contractor or service worker. He always communicated about everything and wasn't afraid to ask follow up questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His workers were very meticulous. I'm familiar with the process for this job, so I could tell they were not cutting any corners and took pride in their work. They always cleaned up at the end of every day, and never left a mess. This is legitimately the first contractor I've worked with that I do not have a SINGLE negative thing to say. I strongly recommend Gutierrez Quality Concrete!

We went for the artificial turf, mountain stone area, sand finish concrete for the patio and side of home, and a little driveway extension. The work was immaculate. You can say you're not getting the cheapest, but you're definitely getting the quality. What we were most impressed with was the cleaning at the end. I have no doubt that Brent, the manager, would have done a fine job - if he was doing the gardening. But that is where the complements end. His workers often didn't know what they were doing and the company was paid to clear my entire slope (they cleared half) but did not finish. Unfortunately for me, the did their work early in the morning, when I am not up, or maybe I could have worked more closely with the company's workers. Regardless, I sent pictures and detailed instructions (also including pictures) on exactly what I wanted done to my yard. Time after time for over one year, this company fell short of my expectations. I wish I could say better, but I just cannot. I asked for one bougainvillea to be cut more like a tree and I supplied pictures, but that didn't get done - at all. They didn't even try. Another bougainvillea needed to be pulled, something I asked to be done, but there just seems to be a disconnect between the manager and the employees, either in skill or communication.

Since I'm being accused of defamation, here is more proof…read more In my opinion, This tree was planted too deep and there was too much mulch and bark completely covering the trunk and base of the tree that we had to remove, unfortunately, this suffocated the tree according to 2 local nurseries. It didn't help that you incorrectly set our sprinkler system. My dad asked for the front yard and back yard to be set the same amount of time in morning and late afternoon, you set it so that the back yard got the highest amount of water in the morning AND afternoon and the front yard got the lower amount of water in the morning and afternoon. No wonder the tree is almost dead. Now to address your accusation of racism: How about you ask your guys that were here when the front yard was being done how often I would speak Spanish with them every time I pulled up to my house? I asked them how to say a couple things and they taught me. I enjoyed having you guys around, including you (when you were there). My post was nothing personal. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and I always make it a point to practice when I can so I don't forget words. I can also speak a tiny bit of Vietnamese (learned about 20 years ago), tiny bit of Chinese (Mandarin- still learning), a little French and a little German. I've lived in Southern California my entire life. You only met 3 white people at my house and my whole family is an extremely mixed bunch of 3 different races. It's awfully judgmental of you to label someone as racist simply because of their skin color. Telling someone they did something wrong isn't racist, just fyi. I understand your go to "racist" comment with the way the world is right now, but it was displaced towards the wrong people. In my opinion, and the opinion of other landscaping companies that came in to complete the job and saw your work, your company's work was poor. Bottom line. Nothing personal. Just business. You could have fixed the problems (because there are more than I posted) instead of ghosting us and ignoring the issues, but you didn't. It's normal for some people to lash out and personally attack someone when they have no rebuttal for non-personal criticism. However, it's poor business practice when a customer shares their opinion based on their experience (with pictures) and instead of merely apologizing, you dig a deeper hole. Best of luck!
