Always a winner. Best Pho in the area; in my opinion. The gentleman that runs the counter is always friendly, helpful, and quick. Dine-in area is smaller but we've stayed to eat before and it was nice. Don't order delivery, just go. It's a better experience, cheaper, and GrubHub is trash. read more

I've eaten here about a dozen times and food quality has been consistent. For Columbus I believe this is one of the best pho places. The broth actually has flavor and they offer serving the rare beef on the side for me to add into my soup so it's not overcooked. I've also tried their bbq pork banh mi, shrimp fried rice, char grilled pork rolls and summer rolls. I've enjoyed everything I tried! The prices are reasonable, the service is quick and food is tasty. The actual restaurant itself has limited seating, but every time I've gone with a little bit of a wait they have been able to seat me. Service is quick and efficient which I appreciate! I always have a good experience here! I typically go for a bahn mi when I'm in the mood for it but have had pho on occasions too. I love the pho here, it's always flavorful and the portion is huge. The bahn mi, while I have had better, is delicious and hits the spot. I wish for a more basic lemongrass grilled pork but overall still yummy. Can't recommend it. I got the spicy beef bowl and there was like 6 pieces of beef, 2 of which were giant bones and 1 was an inedible chewy piece of fat. My egg roles got delivered to the wrong table and then just taken off that table and give to me. There was very few noodles and the pho bowl was forgettable. I left hungry. The BEST Bun Bo Hue in town! The broth was so rich and had a good amount of toppings in there. Both my husband and I finished our bowls - it was just irresistible. The summer and spring roll was fresh and delicious too. Also ordered chicken fried rice for our toddler and the portion was generous. As a fellow Vietnamese person, I was pretty excited to find out there's a pho place on the south west side of Columbus. Overall pretty impressed with GC Pho. There's plenty of parking in the lot. I went early during their opening so they didn't have an official sign yet. The restaurant is clean and you can see into the kitchen. Lots of people were doing take out. The prices are pretty high compared to other Viet places I've been to, but I also get inflation is rough. We got the goi cuon to start and it came out fairly quick. The goi cuon is small, but that peanut dipping sauce rocks. For entrees we ordered a bun Bo hue and pho bo vien (meatballs). Looooved the Bo vien in the pho; it's one of my favorite types of Bo vien. The flavor profile is there for both broths, but watered down too much. I needed a little more oomph. Total for all 3 things came around to be about $44 before tip. Nice family. Usually it come with variety of toppings, like pork loaf, pork blood cake, beef shank and pork hocks. Pho broth is great. I prefer my broth to be on the sweeter side and this one matches my style perfectly. The meat were a little fattier for my personal preference but it taste good as well. GC Pho has taken the top place on my list for Bun Bo Hue. They definitely do it right here. The noodle soup is so flavorful and bowl is filled to the brim with fat noodles, tender meat, pork hocks and "blood pudding". I highly recommend asking for saté sauce for more heat and some fish sauce on the side to dip your meats and pork hocks in. This dish can be intimidating but it is so comforting and delicious. The steak pho was just as good! The broth was nice and fatty. The noodles itself were different from a lot of noodles at other Cbus pho places. Their spring rolls were pretty standard. The service was great, everyone was so nice. It also might be because they don't have that many tables to tend to. I cannot express how happy I am that this little hidden secret is not too far from where we live! They have only been here since April and we definitely scored on this place. The Pho is just as good, or in my opinion better than some of the other Pho restaurants I have experienced. This was our first time here and we all had pho, two vegetable in beef broth, a brisket pho and an appetizer of Vietnamese spring rolls. The broth is what I think makes the pho and the broth was amazing, so tasty! They have sauces on the table readily available and then they also offered some of the homemade hot chilies oil that my family loved. My daughter ended the meal with a cup of Vietnamese Iced Coffee and she gave me a sip--if you like the taste of coffee, you have to give this a try! So good! I was searching for a local place to eat and found this gem. Hospitable hosts and calming atmosphere. This is my first time to GC pho, cute spot with plenty of parking. I got a water with lime wedges. if you know, you know. The service was amazing. Attentive and efficient. Asked if I had any questions about the menu and check on me if I needed anything. I enjoyed every bite of my food. I got the spring rolls as appetizer. It was fresh and delicious. And the peanut dipping sauce was perfect. I noticed they didn't skimped on the quantity. For the entree, I got the pho. The warm broth was very much needed on a rainy day like today. The noodles were made right. I love it when it is more on the chewy side. There were an abundant amount of beef briskets, thinly sliced beef, and meatballs. It also came with fresh bean sprouts and herbs. I even went for dessert!!!! I don't know why because my belly was going to explode. I'm glad I did though. I got sam bo luong. It was refreshing and sweet. I ordered got a cold cut banh mi to-go for tomorrow's lunch. The business occupied what used to be Lily Teriyaki (was informed that the previous female owner-the tiny Asian lady's husband passed away-so she sold her business and moved to her daughter in SC). This is a quiet little gem - I had #30, pork over vermicelli- my partner had Pho with meatballs, and we shared an order of fried dumplings. My dish was a fresh and light meal that was extremely satisfying- I don't know how one makes a pile of pork light, but this place has figured it out. The Pho broth was rich and fragrant, noodles perfectly cooked. The entire meal was a master class in balancing textures, flavors, heat and sweet.
