Worst hair appointment I've had in the last 5 years. I called in advance & made an appointment for…read moremy wedding day, which I had mentioned on the phone. I just wanted a blowout. Initially they told me to come in at 1pm, but after I said it was for my wedding day, I was told to come in at 12:30 so they could "give me extra time". I walked in at 12:35 and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. They took so long, I left and came back and they still weren't ready. I should have known when I walked in and was the youngest client in there by 50 years, that this would not be the place for me. It was strange the woman doing my hair had me facing my back to the mirror the entire time and I had to ask to be turned around to see what was going on. Never had that happen at a hair appointment. She hit me in the head with the hair dryer at least twice. She was also very eager to use a curling iron on me, which was not only cheap but OLD AND WORN OUT to the point where it was ripping my hairs out. Seriously it's time to retire that thing. I didn't want curls, which I was EXTREMELY clear about. After it ripped my hair out (only a few strands but still wtf) I asked her to stop because it hurt and she said "I have to do this for volume" which was when I asked to be turned around to see exactly she was doing and noticed the abomination of a blowout this woman had given me. I don't think my hair has ever looked worse. I brought my own products with me because I know what works well with my hair type; but I was so angry by the whole experience I forgot it there. They did not bother to try and return my 30$ bottle of hairspray, which after the experience there you would think they could give the tiniest ounce of a shit, but some people just really do not care about others. I thought anybody could do a blowout, but apparently some can't. If you value your hair or your time, do not go here.
