He does charge more than a few other quotes I received, but his rates reflect the quality of his work. He was also able to seamlessly fill in all of the cracks in our floors making them look brand new and did the entire house in less than a week! Make sure you do your research on whether or not you want Synteko for your finish - we ended up going with a water-based finish since we have a dog and little babies crawling on our floors and didn't want to risk the toxins, but I would definitely trust Johnny with the finish if you're interested in it. Finally, about a month after moving in, one of our stair treads broke off and Johnny was able to come and replace it in a matter of days - he asked for the measurements ahead of time, so when he showed up at 8am, he already had the tread pre-cut and was done with everything within the hour. His work is truly phenomenal and I would recommend him for any hardwood needs you have!
