Ya'll, listen, Gerard's Landscaping is GREAT! I wanted a fence built, a flagstone path laid, and a…read moreretaining wall built. I talked to multiple contractors - some who just didn't call back, a few who said they couldn't (wouldn't) build the fence I wanted, and frankly, a few that I just didn't like. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

They asked me technical questions on the grade for my backyard and the kind of material i need for the steps, which i had no clue about. So I told them that i would need guidance. They sent me a very lengthy message. Whoever was responding, was in the field and took time out to respond and didnt like that I had not done my due diligence. They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

We've been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy. The guys are our crew were Colin, Max and Michael, and Patrick was the Construction Manager. In both cases, the finished projects were even more stunning than we expected. Top notch.

Not only were we thrilled with incredible quality of the results, but all aspects of the construction were super professional. The crews worked super hard, were always on time, always showed up, always finished earlier than estimated. Communication was excellent! Huge thank you to Bryan (design), Devin (build), and Johnny (project management), and Justin (warranty crew) and everyone else involved with our project. Seriously after dealing with them its hard to go back to working with other contractors.

YOU SHOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR JOB! My wife and I just had Fire Sparrow Landscaping do an…read moreextensive beautification project for both our front and back yards in Mill Creek. The company's owner Ghee met with us and we knew from the first conversation that he was a true professional and a super great person. The job that was done by him and his team of two VERY hard-working guys was completed quickly and is absolutely great. We couldn't be more happy with the job. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fire Sparrow!

They took my inspiration photos and a sketch, and they manifested it into a natural-looking design that is well integrated in our existing yard. From the moment I reached out, Ghee promptly communicated back with detailed answers over the phone and/or text. We locked in scope, and the estimate he provided was reasonable. It was on the high end compared to other bids, but his communication and experience led us to go with him. And good thing we did. The resulting project is beautiful. We got large granite rocks, river rock, and a liner underneath all for $4K. Much of that was material cost. The labor they put in was 2.5 days. Definitely hard work to dig out the pond and move the large rocks in place. The crew also was friendly and kept the site clean every day. I'd definitely hire Fire Sparrow Landscaping again.

He introduced himself as JJ from JJ's Landscaping and offered to come by and give us a free estimate on an irrigation system. We called JJ the next day and he came out, did a full assessment, and gave us a very reasonable price in writing (not an estimate, as he kept to his word on the final amount). We decided to go forward immediately and it turns out to be one of the best decisions we've made since moving here. JJ's crew is amazing and they clearly enjoy their work. It took a couple of days to finish our fairly large yard and we now have a very efficient sprinkler system that covers our entire property. JJ even included a drip system for our many flower pots. No more dragging around a heavy hose for watering the potted plants. Our lawn is now lush, green and without the horrible brown spots and the flowers are prolific. JJ assured us his work was not finished until we were happy (which we are at 100%+). We plan on having JJ and his crew out for other landscaping needs in the future. The whole experience for us (as senior citizens who know very little about irrigation systems) has been 100% positive, starting with the price and ending with our perfectly working system! Many thanks to JJ and his awesome crew!

The first project involved installing a new sprinkler system, 6,000sq of sod, and planting hedges -- all were completed with great care and efficiency. Recently, JJ and his team returned to tackle a much larger job spanning across two+ acres, which included clearing dense blackberry brush and an old hay field, re-grading the driveway, laying bark, building a new flower bed, trimming trees and shrubs, and refreshing the flower beds around our home. The transformation was incredible! JJ's quotes are very fair and reasonable especially considering the scope and detail of the work required. He honors his original estimates and goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding results, even when the job takes more time than expected. We're extremely satisfied with JJ and his crew and will continue working with them for future landscaping and irrigation needs. Highly recommended.

We got estimates from over half a dozen contractors and L & S was not only very competitive, but could start sooner than everyone else. We ended up doing a half paver patio, half artificial turf for the back yard which included some retaining wall work. They also installed a gravel path to the back yard with paver stepping stones. The work was done in 5 days and his team was very courteous and friendly (especially to my 4 year old daughter who would wave from the window). As with most projects, issues arose, but Santiago was very transparent with them and provided solutions to get the job done right. L & S did such a good job that the neighborhood is considering them for future work and regular yard maintenance.
