We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and overall the experience was mixed. They also stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix issues that came up, which we appreciated. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite. Communication with Alex, Melissa and Richard was daily. They kept us updated on all work to be performed the following day as well as what was completed each day. We had no "surprises". If there was a needed change order or an idea to lower costs it was communicated immediately. To give an idea of some of the projects we had done; new roof, installed gutters around entire house and garage, major interior repair due to massive water leak on second floor that completely flooded 1st floor (walls, ceiling, stairs) new wood look tile flooring downstairs, interior design - turned my 3 1/2 car garage in to a full 2 car garage and a beautiful pool room with French doors leading to the pool, wood look tile flooring and a split AC/Heater unit. I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. In the event that he would go to another job site he would let me know the plan for the day and generally check in on his return, or at the end of the day. The team kept a clean jobsite and would clean up at the end of every work day. Tiffany came out to do measurements for all new exterior doors. She was so wonderful. She explained everything, answered our million questions and was so patient doing so. I called or texted her with even more questions. Still she was so patient. Tiffany even came out a second time and brought color samples for me to see. We finally made our select on all the doors we need and placed the order. These doors are not cheap by any means.
