I called ClaroPool on Tuesday afternoon and after a very helpful telephone conversation with Chris Little (Maintenance Director) who offered to schedule a site visit the next day. Chris arrived exactly on time the next day and was able to quickly resolve our issue with the iAquaLink app. He also managed to change app settings to solve a challenge that previous pool technicians told us was not possible. In a time when "customer service" does not seem as good as in past years, I was greatly impressed with Chris and the ClaroPool company. We will certainly call them again when new maintenance and repair matters arise. I highly recommend ClaroPool.

An incredible breath of fresh air- to not just bill for a house call, and then try to sell me on some fake cure. TL;DR- He gave me the tools to potentially fix it my self - I need acid wash and plaster fixes - and he certainly will get my business for any future pool repair - the value of helping me for free wants me to give him ALL my business. They said that might not be convenient and would let me know. On Sun 3/1 at 5.30pm, I rec'd this letter: "Hello, It won't be possible to change the route. I apologize but you will need to find another company for all three pools . At Martinez you have too many cracks in the pool and per Mauricio pool looses too much water and will make us use a lot more chemicals. Sorry for this but I can no longer help". I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.
