The problem is that they congregate in groups all over the store and don't fan out to help anyone on a Saturday. I spent $70 on a pair of pants, and I had to find the (again, friendly) person to help me who was chatting with two coworkers. Then we get to the fitting room and press the button - no one shows up. Stick one of those employees at the fitting room because you absolutely have the staff to do that. Finally, Melissa roamed by to let us in and tried to sell us their lifetime membership. I go in the fitting room, walk out in the pants and I needed another size. She doesn't ask me how it's going or try to help because she's too busy giving a 10 minute speech to my (annoyed) husband, trying to sell this membership. I finally changed, went to get my own other size, and we paid for two items and left. They won't give you a bag, but they will give you a huge box. Recycling, I'm sure, but a little nonsensical and annoying. At the checkout, the other woman tried again to sell me this membership. She would not stop when I told her four times that I didn't want it. Management: The reason I didn't join is because of the terrible customer service. It annoyed me to spend a small fortune on two pairs of pants and while you are overstaffed (if groups of 2-3 employees are everywhere, give them a task - who is managing the store? Why the obsessive focus on selling a membership and none on serving people in the store?), nobody is actually helping customers.

Was also looking for shirts that they had at 2 for $20 and asked gentlemen if they had a certain size in the back but they didn't. However he was nice enough to check for me. It was the days after black friday so I am sure people wiped them out. Had a discussion with the cashier while we were checking out and he said black friday was crazy there were tons of people in there for the dales on Friday. Great place for good winter gear. I only stopped in briefly to check out the mall, but ended up buying several UA shirts. The store…read moreis laid out a little funky with the checkout counter way in the back behind walls. We didn't see any clerks or staff until we checked out. There was a line to check out, but the line moved quickly. The merchandise seemed rather sparse, but the there racks of sale items with great pricing. The shirts seemed good quality and I could not decide on a color, so I got the same shirt in several colors. They carry athletic shoes and lots of colorful backpacks. The kid's store is in a separate storefront in the mall. We went there first by accident because the signs do not tell you that the kid's store is for kid's. Parking is limited and tight. The mall is always crowded.
