It was perfect... at the beginning. My jacket, T-shirt, and socks were good and I inspected them thoroughly to make sure they weren't damaged or problematic. I picked the 2 shirts that were both $20 off! It was a great deal, and my service was pleasant. We were regularly checked on and they helped us find whatever we wanted. I love my Nike jacket and T-shirt, but when I opened my socks, the non-viewable part of the socks had green juice on them. All sales were final so that sock was going to the trash. From my experience with Nike Clearance Stores, they can tend to be hit or miss. Just because you go one time and don't find something doesn't mean you can't come back to the same location and have a hard time not buying one of everything in the place. This one really is no different. Shoe selection was pretty good, I didn't find anything, but my girlfriend had a few that she liked, plus a couple of clothing items and deals too good to pass up. It was kind of funny (see pictures) I did find a shirt I kind I liked, but I was really shopping for NIKE and not NJKE brand. Check the different sizes because there are a lot of product variance based on size. Also, try the clothes on, part of what can make it a clearance item is that the size may not have been properly manufactured. In all, this is a pretty good sized, clean, friendly location. Prices were definitely better then what I've seen in the store. Bought running shoes for my daughter that were only $50 and running shoes are definitely more then that. Also bought some clothes for her but it was hard to find her size, which is small/medium. But even clothes were about half off read more

Covid-19... the workers were all wearing masks and told us to stay 6 feet apart before we even entered the store. Made me feel very safe. Everything is cheaper due to it being a clearance store. Would definitely come back here if I am in the area. Saved $50 on 3 items. Very good deals. Of course since it's a clearance Nike, there isn't any of the popular shoes and items, but if you aren't a huge sneaker head, it's perfect for you to save lots of items. read more

We drove 2 hrs just for Nike outlet and this place was closed at 1 pm sign on window shut down so many other people were also pulling up to go shopping the bad thing is this isn't the first time this place closed too early They also did it when we was visiting Dollywood in June 2022 so if you thinking about drive there you probably will be upset because they never open even though the yelp app says open read more

After the recommendation of one of the employees at the Nike Outlet, we made a short drive to the clearance center. Luckily for us there was no line to get in. They did have a much better selection of sneakers, but unfortunately nothing in my size. (I would highly recommend skipping the Nike Outlet and heading straight to the clearance center. The prices were better in my option and again, there was more variety. I was able to find some really cool shirts at a great price, so I didn't walk out empty handed. Just like the Nike Outlet, I would suggest getting there early. Due to safety protocols, there was a long line of people waiting to get in when we left. read more

The lady at the counter was rude as hell, I couldn't believe it. Didn't say one word to me besides the price. While my family was checking out I was just browsing, same lady walks right in my way, super close. Had to jump out of her way no sorry no excuse me. This lady's whole vibe threw me off. The staff person at the entrance initially addressed us with an attitude. It Wasn't necessary and said they were at max capacity but even when people walked out, they still wouldn't let us enter. Not enough Staff, needs more customer service etiquette, will not return. read more

This store reminded me of what outlets used to be like... no frills, steals and deals! :::LOVE::: If you're ever in the area and a sneaker head... stopping off at this outlet is a must! The store is set up by shoe size and boxes merely being placed beneath the size. This outlet is different from other outlet stores, in not having displays and the ENTIRE store was an additional 30% off. If I had to select which Nike Outlet I prefer: Pigeon Forge vs Sevierville. It would be PIGEON FORGE 100%! The Sevierville store is "prettier", but the savings are at this location. read more

Found some good deals for family and me. They offered 30% off at this location for the weekend. Plenty of shoes to select from. This clearance store was not as busy as the previous one in New York city. Cherokee was polite and helpful. Only drawback was they were low on size 8 shoes. Looks like they had a busy weekend here. read more

From the time you enter the store, staff will offer to help you but not linger over you like happens in so many stores. Plus, the offers always come with a smile! Lauren, who was the main person to help me, even took the running tights off a store mannequin for me. The selection of cloths and shoes, for various sports or casual use, was good and the prices were much better than a regular Nike store. Of course they were left overs or end of season but that is when I shop for the upcoming season. I visit this store every time we vacation here and always receive the same level of great service!
