Just discovered Extreme Custom Sport Bikes through Cycle Gear…read more Didn't know Cycle Gear only installed removed tires: "Cycle Gear says they can't remove wheels from bike to mount tires for insurance purposes. Only mount tires if wheels brought already off the bike." The Cycle Gear employee showed me the Hula Hoop method of transporting a tire while riding a motorcycle, and referred me to Mr. Gary. Heads already turn whenever you ride a CBR954RR. And when you ride one with a tire around your waist, they REALLY turn! Just from the bikes ready for pickup, I could tell that Extreme Custom Sport Bikes didn't play when it came to motorcycles! Mr. Gary is a live wire, and that is an understatement! He takes his shop and his work beyond seriously, and does it with a sense of humor and a smile. As a former professional racer, you get the full extent of his dedication and love for his craft based on his personal collection. Once you see a shop owner's personal investment in his work is immeasurable, you get an idea of how he will invest in his customers. Mr. Gary gave me an overview of his shop and work history. Got to witness firsthand how he interacts with his customers. He leaves out no detail, and is honest to the core with his evaluations and recommendations. He does not want to see you flush away your bank account on a money pit of a motorcycle. That shows integrity! He had the tire installed the very next day, as he stated. I inquired about his *SERVICE SPECIAL for new customers*, as I was still a new customer. He let me know his site needed to be updated, but did some numbers, and still gave me a heck of a deal!!! In addition to that, he noted my 2003 Honda CBR954RR was in good shape, but the chain was clunky. Just before dropping off my bike, I noticed my chain needed help. So he added a chain and sprocket to the deal. No lie. His shop is FAR away from my place, but it's worth the trip! That day, I immediately knew Extreme Custom Sport Bikes was going to be my new Go To for all my motorcycle repair and maintenance!

We have two sport bikes and we always service them with him and he cut some bodywork we go through him, paint we go through him. He's responsive, he works around our schedule (if needed) . Love his customer service.

Let's start with having my motorcycle for approximately 2 months. $1600 in labor and parts were…read more$850. Bought the bike for $400. Finally I get the bike and hit the road. The first thing I thought after taking off on the motorcycle was he never test road it. Not only did the bike hesitate it's air intake from the exhaust was like fire crackers. $2500 in parts and labor the following day my bike doesn't start and my battery is dead, so after I bring it back to my mechanic he says he will trickle charge it and run tests to see if the charging system is failing. So not only does he tell me that I must've left the motorcycle on and the battery is dead. So after 2 months of having my MC he puts a new battery in and don't check the charging system. so I asked the mechanic for his multi meter reading and yet have gotten the video . So I'm going to put this brand new battery . Which I just bought from my over compensated mechanic. Walah it starts right up. So I drive it to work, then beach side. Total of about 2 hrs. The next day I took a ride low and behold it dies. So I get it home. Order regulator, rectifier and stator. The parts cost me $60. Time 3 hrs to change them and it runs great. The mechanic wanted another $700 after I paid him $2600.

I'm a firm believer in being a man of your word. If you say you can fix it then lets get the job done. If you cant, just say hey I cant fix it and the customer moves on. Dont waste time at this shop you'll probably regret it.

This…read morewas an out of state Internet purchase, so big thank you to Chris and team for making that work smoothly. This was my 2nd Tomberlin, replacing a 2008 4 passenger Emerge 4 w/ a new 2019 6 passenger Emerge 4. The new vehicle is awesome. My family loves it, and lots of positive remarks from neighbors in our community (which has a large number of golf carts). Tomberlin has really come a long way in the last 10 years (I think largely in part to having new ownership and being American made now). Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I was debating between a few brands for my next vehicle. Chris shared good advice about selling my old vehicle. Even better, Chris had a great price on the new vehicle. I was a bit cautious about doing everything virtually. Chris was very responsive. The transaction went very smooth, all out of state over phone, email, and Facetime. Chris recommend how to secure cost effective transport with UShip, which solved of the friction points. Chris is a bit direct at times compared to your usual salesperson; I chalked this up to his shop is very busy with the good weather. Overall, we're very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.
