After Owning Our Cart for Over 3 Years we wanted to Upgrade Her Body, Steering Wheel, Frame, and More! Due to the Harsh Florida Sun, Salt Buildup, and Life we were Exploring Options to have our Cart Wrapped, Painted, or Learned by the Cart Collection that we could get an Entire New Body for just about the same Price as New Paint/Wrap. After Exploring Our Options and Pricing Out the New Body Option we decided the New Body was the Route to Go and was actually a Less Costly Option than the other two! We had Constant Interactions with the Cart Collection as to when the Parts would be in and Each Update as the Process went on. Once the Parts were into their Shop they Notified Us, Picked Our Cart Up on Monday and had it back to us on Thursday!! Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy.... Nothing in writing states all sales are final. Which he then claimed was the policy... If you're buying a golf cart go to a different place that is a reputable company with clearly written policies!
