This was my 2nd Tomberlin, replacing a 2008 4 passenger Emerge 4 w/ a new 2019 6 passenger Emerge 4. The new vehicle is awesome. My family loves it, and lots of positive remarks from neighbors in our community (which has a large number of golf carts). Tomberlin has really come a long way in the last 10 years (I think largely in part to having new ownership and being American made now). Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I was debating between a few brands for my next vehicle. Chris shared good advice about selling my old vehicle. Even better, Chris had a great price on the new vehicle. I was a bit cautious about doing everything virtually. Chris was very responsive. The transaction went very smooth, all out of state over phone, email, and Facetime. Chris recommend how to secure cost effective transport with UShip, which solved of the friction points. Chris is a bit direct at times compared to your usual salesperson; I chalked this up to his shop is very busy with the good weather. Overall, we're very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.

However, the sales representative, who was most knowledgeable and polite gave me some super great information about getting street legal golf carts, which is what I want. I was also delighted to find out that does everything for you in taking the carts to the DMV, getting them approved and licensed which is a huge problem if you try it on your own. Trust me on that. I've been there and done that with repeated failures. So, they are looking into getting me a gasoline model which I'd buy from them since they are a solid company with a full golf cart service garage and trained mechanics.

The cart girl spent most of the time on her phone and repeatedly put herself directly in the way of golfers who were trying to play. It felt unprofessional and honestly a bit unsafe. She was also rude and dismissive and gave me less change than what I was owed. It seemed like she had been drinking which is entirely unprofessional. To make things worse, my food order came out wrong. When the issue was brought up, the manager, Dave, handled it very poorly. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, he was rude and even yelled at his employees right in front of the patrons, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the dining area.

I have had my skates heat molded here on one occasion and figure skate blades sharpened on another, which they did a great job.
