Bought a 6 passenger Tomberlin golf cart (LSV) online from Chris @ Custom Cart Connection. This was an out of state Internet purchase, so big thank you to Chris and team for making that work smoothly. This was my 2nd Tomberlin, replacing a 2008 4 passenger Emerge 4 w/ a new 2019 6 passenger Emerge 4. The new vehicle is awesome. My family loves it, and lots of positive remarks from neighbors in our community (which has a large number of golf carts). Tomberlin has really come a long way in the last 10 years (I think largely in part to having new ownership and being American made now). Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable, as I was debating between a few brands for my next vehicle. Chris shared good advice about selling my old vehicle. Even better, Chris had a great price on the new vehicle. I was a bit cautious about doing everything virtually. Chris was very responsive. The transaction went very smooth, all out of state over phone, email, and Facetime. Chris recommend how to secure cost effective transport with UShip, which solved of the friction points. Chris is a bit direct at times compared to your usual salesperson; I chalked this up to his shop is very busy with the good weather. This is a review from a purchase I made a few months ago. Originally we tried to buy a golf cart from Advantage Golf , that place is a joke. They kept pushing back the delivery date of the cart we wanted. We were even willing to change our original request to see if we could get something sooner. After getting frustrated we canceled and good thing because my neighbor's brand new cart from Advantage ended up having lots of issues. Just had my golf cart serviced by them, and they were great! When I called and stated the problems the golf cart was having, they picked up the cart on the same, serviced it and returned it the next day. They were able to diagnosis the issues and upgraded a few others. There prices were very reasonable too! I highly recommend them!!! read more

Regarding order for DASH ASSY, Club Car Golf Cart 1982UP DS CARBON FIBER When ordering this product from Amazon it looked like it was black. When receiving the item it was not. I interned requested a return/exchange/refund from Custom Cart Connection when receiving the return instructions it was shared that I was going to have to send it back myself, pay for shipping and a large restocking fee. I thought that maybe I could call Custom Cart Connection to discuss this. Custom Cart Connection took a day to response and the conversation went like this I purchase a dashboard from you're company and the color was not black as I thought. The gentlemen from Custom Cart stated that it was carbon fiber and I shared I didn't know what that was, and I was thinking it was black. The gentlemen from the Custom Cart shared I should of known what carbon fiber should look like, and since it wasn't their fault I would have to send it back and accrue the shipping fee, restocking fee. However, it seems if I wasn't honest and lied they would have paid for all of it. I asked if there was any allowance on the policy and was shared no. The person from Custom Cart was not very nice and not accumulating at all, I did share that I would express my dissatisfaction on the amazon website.
