Since the installed replacement cost have more than doubled for just a single stage 15 seer system…read moreand 3-4 times higher for an 18+ seer variable speed condenser and air handler system, I began researching different systems and vendors. During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all. Thanks again to: Isaiah Luke Appliance Repairs!

He responds by text or call back reasonably. I value his dependability highly. Hopefully I won't need repairs for a while. Isaiah Luke will get the call if needed.

I can't say enough about these guys! I live in Jacksonville and manage a quadruplex remotely that…read moremy parents own in Gainesville. I had two major incidences regarding air conditioning issues over the past year. I gave Pro Quality Air a call because they were highly recommended by my long time maintenance guy, Arnaldo who I greatly trust. The first time, I called PQA's office and spoke with the office manager, Soleil. She was extremely professional and courteous. I told her my problem and she sent someone out to fix the AC unit and my tenants were very happy with the results. We spent about $350 total which I felt was very reasonable for the complicated task at hand. This last time, my yard service guys accidentally cut a pipe where the freon goes and this was a major issue because 1) It's hot as hell here in Florida (it's summer), 3) My tenants NEED AC to live & 3) The non-stop rains could have done more damage due to the pipe being open. This was a slight emergency for sure. And since I used them before, I knew who to call. I called Pro Quality Air late Friday night and Pedro returned my call right away. I was surprised because I didn't think I would hear from anyone until Saturday morning. He assured me he could repair the pipe, flush out what needed to be flushed out and have the AC working Saturday morning. He told me he would be there between 7:30-10:30am. And he was. After emailing and texting and calling and coordinating with my tenant, maintenance manager and Pedro of Pro Quality Air, I was able to get a good night's sleep knowing everything would be OK. By 10:16 Saturday morning, I received a call from Pedro following up with me that the unit was fixed, working and good to go. All in all, it was about $600 plus which was totally reasonable considering it was a weekend and the severity of the situation. 5-STAR service and love! :)

Came to change motor under warranty . Great job. Will use again. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaread more

UNRELIABLE DUCTS! From their rough installation crew to…read moretheir service techs, to their receptionists.... All unreliable. The rough installation is sloppy... does no one inspect their work?? The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

I have rented steam cleaners and thought our carpet came out nice and clean in the past but I had…read morenever had it professionally cleaned. WOW, what a difference! The carpet looks like and feels like new again. It is fluffy and soft and looks really white again. I can't believe the difference it made and for a very good price, just $50 for our whole house via a coupon on Gift Certificates and More. The technicians arrived punctually and were very professional and friendly. They had these cool little foam lifting pads they used for our furniture which lifted it up out of the way so they could get underneath our tables and chairs, etc.. Everything came out really well and they were done in less than an hour. If you want to have your carpets looking and feeling like new again without paying to replace it, I highly recommend these guys. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Thank you Best Restoration!

Did a great job on a rug in a condo i own, so i called them back for a different apartment…read more After 31 days, stains started showing in the VACANT apt. I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.
