They went so well with the crispy bacon and croissant. My experience while eating it was indescribable, and I was frantic at that time--walking briskly towards my next destination while holding shopping bags and a city map--so when the croissant omelette bacon forced me to take a moment to enjoy the flavors and texture of the food I was eating, I knew I had to write about it on Yelp. The canelé also stopped me dead in my tracks, only because I didn't recognize the spices/ingredients. It was my first time eating one, and it was a delight. I immediately wished I had bought two instead of one. The large pistachio macaron, I swear, gave me a mouthgasm. Oh... my... goodness, was it good! I mean, how can it not when it's pistachio-flavored AND huge? As for the Quiche Lorraine, I unfortunately waited too long to eat it, so it was cold and a bit stiff by the time I ate it. It was still good, but I know it could've been better warm. Customer service was satisfactory. The space of this place is a bit tight due to all the tables and chairs there. They prepare the coffee perpendicular and to the left of the pastries/cash register.

(I personally would rate this place four, so with only few reviews I'm giving it five to give it…read morethe boost it needs to meet four on its public profile) I'm going to start with the elephant in the room; that extra "o". Some of their literature is "oo", and some single, macar*oo*n is the coconutty treat, macar*o*n is what miss macaroon makes, it's a common misconception, and a mistake that's filled many recipe books and menus, and despite this, the macarons here are delightful. I bought them as little treats for family members, flavoured with 53% dark that stops so much of the sweetness, chocolate orange, rhubarb and custard, eggnog, earl grey and pistachio. All lovely, but my favourite was a sample of a sadly sold out flavour, the blueberry and white chocolate, which was unbelievably gorgeous, and a pretty pale indigo. You can buy bagged individuals, or multiple boxes, that often have some good deals on. They reinvest their profits into helping long term unemployed youngsters, macaron printing in an hour, and two macarons and a glass of prosecco for £8, so what's not to love! If anyone wants to super get on the right side of me, a box of the white chocolate and blueberry printed withrude words would be right up my street.

Apart from looking divine, the macaroons come in many seasonal flavours. The summer collection includes my favourites pistachio, vanilla and lemon as well as rose and orange. There are also Jubilee favourites champagne, strawberry and blueberry At 24 Carrots you'll be able to purchase beautifully packaged pastel coloured macaroons in small boxes. Miss Macaroon also offers macaroon covered wedding cakes to order as well as perfect wedding favours. If all that isn't reason enough, Miss Macaroon AKA Rosie also offers work placements and even paid work to those aged 18-21 that have been in care in order to give them an opportunity back into work.

This is the 2nd time I've tried Laduree; the 1st time I tried it was when I was in Hong Kong, but it wasn't that great then. Here it was fresh and at the perfect temperature, since I had it in the morning. I had the rose, salted caramel and the vanilla flavor and they were all so delicious. Great, well balanced taste and perfect soft, melting in your mouth, fluffy texture. Each bite was so amazing, not too sweet either! I love how consistent their macarons are. Each macaron was 1.8£ which isn't too bad when comparing to other macaron places I've been to around North America. The service wasn't too friendly to me though because they knew I was a tourist, so that was kind of unfortunate and didn't make the experience that great. They had this "too busy" kind of attitude even though there was nobody there. I do have to say that the decor and interior design is on point, it has this classic, british cafe look but with the signature aqua color of the Laduree brand. It was nice as they had a small sit-down area, so I was able to enjoy my 3 macarons while catching a break from walking around!

The store is a almost an assault on the senses with brilliant colours, delectable smells, and countless combinations just hinting at the virtually unlimited pleasures to be tasted. Over the last year, Laduree has made it's mark on London, opening a number of stores across town. Fortunately (or perhaps not), this particular store has opened up right below my office and provided a steady, albeit expensive, supply of fine Parisian delights. As to be expected, the displays are as pleasing to the eye as the tastes are to the palate. Pyramids of macaroons, elegantly arranged boxes of chocolates, and rows of intricately designed truffles adorn the shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly, quick to offer advice when you stare dumbfounded at the number of options presented to you. My usual favourite is the simple box of 8 for just under 13 squids. I can never choose but if you ask them for a random selection they will pick them for you, seemingly at random but I assume based on the more popular trends. I've always been quite happy with the range provided which usually includes some salted caramel, chocolate, a few flower-based flavours, and a citrus or two. Something to make everyone happy! As a note, I've heard that Laduree makes all their macaroons in Paris and ships them freeze-dried around the world. Now to London, I assume they stick them on the first Eurostar or fly them over and the taste is still fresh but this could be a problem for their further afield stores. I haven't tried it out in person, but something to keep in mind.

It was so sweet and tasty that I had to force myself not to guzzle it down, and drink it slowly. I had to revisit the tea shop for another drink, because in my hometown we don't have any bubble tea shops like this one! On my second visit I had a bubble gum milkshake with blueberry bubble balls. This was my favorite drink. If I had more time in Coventry I would have returned again and again! I love the fun atmosphere of the shop with the bright colors! The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending which bubbles go best with each drink.
