I've got a super popular review on Google already about how Gateway is undoubtedly the #1 smoke shop in the bay, scroll so check it out too. I was browsing through the reviews here though and felt compelled to speak up for my homies here concerning the the shop supposedly "never being open"... Well my friend go ahead and check ya privilege at the gate (gate, gateway, get it =p) and have some consideration for the cultural context in which many of these stores, this one for sure, operate in. THEY'RE MUSLIM, and if there's one aspect of Islam that I'd expect most everyone to be familiar with it's that they have several different times throughout the day (5 if I recall exactly) during which they all pray. I'd bet good hard earned money that the "inconvenience" that several people have posted about concerning the store not being open during business hours are because of this reason. So next time maybe sit tight and a smoke a lil for the few minutes these people allow themselves to worship as they are accustomed to, rather than participate in shaming/complaining about it without having considered that the rise and grind american monoculture is not the singular mode of life to which everyone must subscribe. My review of the smoke shop is 5 star what he doesn't have he will get. He has excellent five star customer service even through pandemic he remained solid and there . The owner has good reps with vendors and gets the latest merchandise. I am a solid vape girl and always am obsessed with what's new. However, I wont lie I like to go in there just to see him. I have been to every smoke shop in the bay looking for the best merchandise and that he has. Its a bonus he happens to be a good guy top notch business person and a hard worker. Very good customer service , My friend told about this business which just has a grand opening , I bought a vapor and t-shirt. The place was very nice and organized and clean unlike other smoke shops I have been to. I would recommend going to this smoke shop. Once you go their and see you will be surprised with the stuff they carry. They many different kind of vaporizers pens and e-liquid and Hookah's.
