Their gym facility is decent. I like their little pool area as well. Parking space is ample. Although at nights I would just have to park in the back which isn't a bad spot either. When you walk into the building if it has been raining the floors are so slick you will fall if you are not careful. The ceiling is pealing and falling down but they won't do anything about it. The pool in down more than it is open. Neighborhood kids jump the gate and come swimming and then let a ton of their friends in. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

All the people that's leaving good reviews for this complex must be the tenants to be honest with you. I went through hell when I first went into the door of this place because for one bedroom it's not at $1,300 these people are charging $1,400 and above and it's not really worth it out here in the country of forney with no amenities. REALLY. WHEN I WENT IN VIEW ONE OF THE UNITS THERE'S spiders, and big bugs everywhere. Of course being a New foundation this may take place until they exterminate. Now I know what the complex is going to stay far as their comment behind this. Yes I did not get approved for this place but they also stole my $200 and told me that it was going to be refundable / 150 of it if I did not get approved. Now they're saying because it's been over 48 hours I cannot get my 150 back which they only suppose to kept $50 for the application. Ok let's talk about this third party cosigner they had for me. They are called the Guarantors they wanted to charge me over $2,000 plus dollars for them to co-sign for me and it still wasn't a guaranteed that I was going to get in the unit. They stated by the time I get ready to go ahead and do everything which was going to be on the 18th they wanted to do my income all over again. Remind you my application has not been open for 30 days so the income will remain the same rather if I get paid bi-weekly or weekly nothing has changed it would just be a waste time. Look these people just played me for my money they tried to make it like I was emailing them being upset. I cannot believe management just told me that over the phone basically in my face that I was emailing them and I was upset where do you see any upset in the email that didn't even make common sense,, because I stated in the email that this was making me tired going back and forth with them. I did not get approved know. I wasn't getting upset because they did not want to answer common questions, which a new applicant tenant should know before we do anything. However back to the part of the application processing. First The young lady in the office Deanna, help me do the application which was at a speedy Pace because they wanted me to get things done quickly so I really didn't read anything at that time because they was trying to rush me. Let's make that clear. Also she stated I needed to make an appointment but, I went in as a walk-in like anyone else will do to see how everything was going to fall in place. Ok when I first looked into this place I was dealing with the assistant manager McKayla I asked her then very professionally when she told me that she will be taking her vacation to let me just stick with her to complete everything, but she assist to hand it over to the rest of the staff. The Guy that's in there I can't get his name correctly he made me feel like I frustrate him every time through his body language... Now these ripoffs have took my money and trying to make it like I was the one that was causing the delay for them not to give me my $200 back, but wanting me to give a third party $2,000 or more and turn around and still have to pay the regular rent this is observe. They are trying to charge me over 1000.00 for carpet damage. To protect myself- I took a video of the entire apartment right after I finished my FOUR HOUR deep cleaning - including shampooing the carpet. The video shows no carpet damage. Definitely not over 1000.00 worth. The photos of the damages sent to me could not be seen unless the carpet was pulled up/ which of course I couldn't do. More importantly -Due to downsizing, I had "house" furniture in an apartment- meaning almost every inch of carpet ,aside from very minimal walking space , was covered with large furniture. There is no way MY family of 2 is responsible for damages that soaked through to the under padding in areas that was completely covered for 3 years by furniture... in areas we couldn't even walk let alone spill. The carpet was not new when we moved in, that was obvious based on the black lines (also in video and initial walk through checklist) that were present outside the 2nd bed and bath. Add another 3 years of my living there- and now I'm being charged for "new" carpet when I didn't even have new carpet upon move in OR make the damages to this one! I have secured legal representation due to these erroneous charges and threats to my credit. Hopefully the situation can be rectified expeditiously.

Also our downstairs neighbors would complain on my 2 year old for being a 2 year old but their dogs would bark ALL NIGHT keeping us up, so thankful my first apartment experience is over I will NEVER do apartments again especially after this one. The bars at the dog park are wide enough for medium sized to small dogs to get out so that is worthless. There was a car accident where the outer gate of the complex was damaged and has been sitting broken on the sidewalk for over 2 weeks untouched, rebar and cement blocking the walkway where kids get off the bus, real safety hazard. They charge a fee of 35 dollars for a trash valet service that is mandatory even if you don't use it which is stupid. Rent will be increased every time you renew even though the community has only gotten worse since I got here. The house across the street are loud and dirty with trash and debris often on the sidewalks including vodka bottles, cigarette butts, even half eaten chicken bones. The apartment looked unswept and unvaccuumed when we moved in. When the ice storm came there was nothing done to prevent ice on the sidewalks. Just overall not a great place to live and given another chance, I would live elsewhere.
